    As a new driver who passed today for the first time here are some tips for learners;
    1. No matter what the officer says or does remember your training (still rember though that officer is in charge)
    2. Don't rely only on your lessons, use your off time.
    3. Have a support system (I prayed and put my trust in God and relied on my family)
    4. Don't tell the entire world cos that makes you feel like you need to impress people which completely defies your support system.
    5. Do not be afraid to ask if your not sure what to do on your test.
    6. After every lesson sit down and make notes of everything that to you can remember.
    7. Be fully dedicated to driving.
    Use your resources:
    -watch videos
    -ask questions
    -seek advice
    -read books
    -download pdfs
    -go to the necessary extents
    8. Learn to understand how your body works when it comes to stress and find the proper management techniques. (reading Bible quotes, praying and knowing that I was prepared was all I needed.)
    9. Try not driving when traffic is hectic.
    10. Your first impression dictates the likeness the officer has in you but make sure that you dress comfortably.
    11. Again do not allow the officer to presurise you. Just breathe, pray and remember your training.
If you need any more advise please feel free to respond. I am more than happy to help.
    God bless❤

Very well said. Know GOD in all your ways, and HE shall straighten your path.
I will always say that the best way for a learner to learn driving is to drive in huge traffic. That is how I learned to become confident. It teaches you how to do proper clutch control, braking and gas control.

I was just wondering what's the k53 method for pedestrians walking on the road and now I'm force to lean into the right hand lane to pass them

I failed in the yard for doing full observations every time because I don't know which observations are which, I find it ridiculous that being too vigilant is a fail

To think my Driving instructor told me that I must check the right side only when turning🤦‍♀️ To think I questioned my instructor and the instructor insisted that i do it. Ofc, neither way, I checked my left side inclusing blind spots and my right side

Does the 3rd observation with hand brake matter which side you start with the observations?
