    To say something positive: She handles the car very well: no panic movements, smooth gear shifting, much better than I did at this stage. It seems the overall situation awareness needs some more training. That was easier for me as I cycled already almost daily to school for years when I started driving lessons and also payed attention as passenger. I guess in London it's less normal to cycle around.

    That driver of the red car is an absolute knob and you 100% should report it.
    They dangerously tried to push in front at a merge in turn when you were fully ahead.
    Illegally beeps at you (especially given it's a learner car which is just dickish behaviour)
    Does a dangerous overtake while speeding. Doesn't matter if it used to be a 40, still illegal driving.

      @@ClearviewDriving you need to do better to protect your young clients. how is it appropriate that people can comment on the behaviours of a teenager whilst you disclose personal information. you dont realise the effect this can have on teenagers. yes they may consent to being online, but they do not know the full extent how being negatively talked about and speculated about can affect a young mind. perhaps only allowing people over 20 to be in your videos would be better as they fully understand the consequences of being critiqued online.

    I see many comments about the driver being dull or something. This driver resembles a lot like my sister in her behaviour. They do not reciprocate in a conversation by saying "okay" or "got it". They just remain silent. For a new person talking to them, they may feel something off initially, but soon get to know that it is just the way they are and nothing else.

    7:15 We can see that there is a zebra crossing 30 seconds before we can see a pedestrian showing intent to use it at 7:45. Every time we see a zebra crossing we need to look for people intending to use them and adjust our speed accordingly. You need to see the whole crossing and the pavements at each end and confirm them as clear or otherwise The guy was not hidden from drivers who look for pedestrians. "He was so slow" is a ridiculous argument because the guy probably felt "This car is not going to stop" and the learner thinks he should step into her path more quickly presumably to be hit.

    Hi Mahwish, just want to mention that you're doing okay.
    The major challenge i also had in my mock tests was response to surroundings. The anxiety of i can drive, i am focusing on driving is usually why one gets oblivious of one's surroundings.
    What i did was to watch a couple of videos and was imaginining what I'll do in response to road signs, people walking close to the road even if there's no zebra crossing, people walking close to the zebra crossing, stopping at junctions even if clear, traffic light turning yellow (for this, i learnt the hard way because i failed my test because it turned yellow just at the time i got there and the car following me was able to pass, however the examiner said i wasnt mobing too fast to have stopped), so stop, you'll not fail the test because you stopped and the person didn't take the crossing.
    Goodluck in your real test.

    How can you Serious Fault her for passing that truck at 14:30 in the driving lane? It's not her fault he was going too slow. What is the right thing to do in this situation then?

    When you asked her “why do we use the left lane” and she replied “I don’t know” at that point she would have been taken off. Too much of a safety concern. A beginner maybe but someone who’s near her test?? No excuse.
    This was a hard watch.

    Everyone here acting like driving instructors. You never jnow what people go through. Youd want the same empathy if that was you learning. Aman is a good teacher and i think behind the cameras she can teach properly mahwish and explain. It was her awareness mostly. Hope she passes with the right teachings. For those who put people down and opinionate or judge like you are allowed to, know that that could be your or someone close to you. Be nice. Where qre the good people in this world??!!!!

    I know she's a learner, but that doesn't mean you need to be a dazy driver. Doesn't seem totally with it and concentrated when drivijg - someone needs to politely remind her that she is indeed moving something that could kill!

      This driver resembles a lot like my sister in her behaviour. They do not reciprocate in a conversation by saying "okay" or "got it". They just remain silent. For a new person talking to them, they may feel something off initially, but soon get to know that it is just the way they are and nothing else.

    American here i was confused as to why it would be a serious fault? With the normal position

    • @ClearviewDriving
      @ClearviewDriving  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hey with that there were two things Mahwish did.
      One was she was positioning too far to the right in her lane (so just driving too close to the other lane unnecessarily)
      The second one was that she was driving in the middle lane and not trying to change back into the left lane when a new lane was added
      You should always drive on the left lane as that’s the lane for position normal driving, the middle lane and right lane are for overtaking only
      you can’t keep driving there unnecessarily

  • @youtubeplaylist6374
    @youtubeplaylist6374 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    If the center of the car is inline with your left shoulder or leg, wouldn’t that mean the car is too close to the left? Isn’t it better or okay to place the center of the road with the center of the dashboard or gear box?

    • @ClearviewDriving
      @ClearviewDriving  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Hey having the centre in line with your left knee or shoulder basically puts the centre of the car in the centre of the road :)
      It’s just an easier reference from a drivers point of view

    • @youtubeplaylist6374
      @youtubeplaylist6374 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I see! So, the shoulder or left leg is close enough to the center of the car to be safe and it’s an easier reference point because it’s your body!
      Thanks for clarifying :)

    • @adelebrown1861
      @adelebrown1861 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @youtubeplaylist6374 yes but also from the drivers point of view the centre of the dashboard is to the left of the road
