I'm a MD and a internal medicine specialist. I wan't to precise something about: 1:02- heart issues. 1- hypertension (high blood pressure) without symptoms during high speed intervals is not trouble enough to stop doing the intervals.Diabetes (specially t2) is also no trouble. Having a heart simulator or prosthetic heart valve implanted without symptoms during training- the same- you can run as fast as you want (but have the simulator document with you in pocket and don't go near high voltage lines and with prosthetic valve- be careful about contusion- fast on stadium or nice flat asphalt, not on grass). ICD implanted, heart failure (NYHA I obviously)- better don't run fast- but do run slow or at list walk with sticks, use a watch with heart monitor and chest ecg monitoring strap (not a light plus meter) Any disease of hart that causes you to have a feeling like somebody put a stone on your chest during exercise- don't do that exercise! It is also not good if you have a feeling like a bird is flutters wings in your chest. Never do any exercise during witch you fainted in the past. Don't run (at all) with any right heart disease, aortic valve stenosis or any ventricular arrhythmia. If you heave any heart daises, that has to be treated with meds and do run - control your water intake with obsession- dehydration or electrolyte unbalance is more likely to occur and is more dangerous.
I can't wait for a video on how you do running strength training. For now (run slow, run fast and few other videos) I absolutely try to do the same as you. I admire you for running ultra. I tried that and....well let's say it is not for me. My favorite is 20-30 km in hilly forest.
That is one swift sausage 😂 Would you say you should physically feel the build up of lactic acid during an effective session, or do you just assume you are getting a build up due to doing the right kind of work?
You will always be generating lactate when you are at or above your anaerobic threshhold. As to what you feel - that depends on your body and fitness level. You should certainly be breathing hard, as your body needs oxygen to break down the lactate.
The part in which you run fast while holding the camera reaaaally look like old video games where the scenario moves and the character just moves slightly and in the same rhythm 😂 suggestion for a better representation of fat: Irish Butter ;)
Also, did you include that animation as rage bait? Who tf would go to the lengths of animating a running woman and then dress her in a strapless top?! 🙄
Thanks for sharing your experience and knowledge , really helpful to me.
Thanks from Brazil
No problem

It was good of you to supply those details. As I say in the video, if you have health issues you should not subject yourself to this kind of exercise.
Thanks!! Very helpful
I love discovering places of my younger years (even younger!) in your videos ❤. You've brought me back to the many happy hours I spent at ZHS.
Welcome to Munich

Thanks. Try to look at different sources and figure out what works best for you.

Irish butter is not just fat, it is pure golden goodness :)
Sir what is Ur age ?.
That's a bit personal. But I'm old enough to have written long letters to my friends with pen and paper :)

Running animation is not just for the fashionable elite :)
