I have an older house with only 2 wires in the ceiling. Black and white. No copper ground. Where would you connect the green ground wire coming from the fan motor. Perhaps ground it to a screw bolt
You can add a ground wire actually. You just need an electrician The fan would work fine without the ground wire but its a fire hazard, so i recommend not using a ceiling fan until you got a ground wire.
Very very very helpful video. Saved me so much time!
Is this fan silent? Is it a good choice for a bedroom?
I installed this fan and it doesn’t work.
Where can I get replacement parts? I can’t find 44 inch blade arms anywhere.
whats the red wire? what color wire on the fan do i connect it?
Thanks I did it

@@midnight94387 Thanks for answering. I've had one up for bout 30 years with no problem. Can't remember if that one had the green wire on the motor.
Nice
he says which wires to connect like it's so obvious, yet made sure to tell us to turn off the power first like we are idiots
It's just ok, not great but not bad for 38 bucks 😅
