Daggers get a higher % damage modifier on Fan of Knives than other weapons, so titansteel spellblade being the slowest dagger in the game makes it best for using Fan. You could just use your normal weapons, but it only takes 1 global to swap them in combat so it doesn't really cost you much if you're going to be using multiple Fans in a row.
I heard that using felstriker if you don't have focused attack talent isn't worth it, it looks better to get another slow weapon with berserking, is it right ?
@@sang0h74 That's a great point I should've brought up in the video. Even with the focused attacks talent it can be worth to use any slow offhand over felstriker on a low number of targets, especially if they won't live very long. But yes, as combat for this fight being 5 targets, it's probably better not to use it. A slow fist weapon with berserking would be ideal, as you can't dual wield TitanSteel Spellblades, and you'd still get the crit from Close Quarter's Combat and would be more consistent. Like The Stray or Greed, something an Enhancement Shaman would use. Both my main and alt rogue's have Rod of the Sun King from last expansion so I never have to think about other weapons, besides Felstriker being better on large trash pulls.
Please do more of these specific boss guides!
Love the video and also need more
Good content
is felstriker still good on combat? i thought it was good for assassination fok because of focused attacks
It can be good depending on the number of targets and your RNG, but on this fight it's probably better to use just a slow offhand.
Isn't combat just supposed to use a normal mainhand since it's slower than a titansteel dagger?
