Nuit is the most incredible woman I have ever met. They are Jewish, the grandchildren of a signer of the Israeli declaration of independence and the children of a famous Israeli General who turned into a peacemaker. Nuit's 13 year old daughter died in 97 by a suicide bomber in Jerusalem. As painful as this was, Nuit did not attack the bombers or their families. She blamed the Israeli government , for making the lives of Palestinians so impossible that it would cause a young man to do such a thing. While born into a Jewish family, they are more less atheist. It always saddens and surprises me how the atheist s seem to live their lives as Christ did, full of compassion, forgiveness and understanding for others.

My parents made some Israeli, Bedouin and Palestinian Christian friends mainly in Jaffa, Tel Aviv and Haifa. I suppose the problem is also that if Hamas and PA, despite being tolerant to christians, are making anti-israel moves, then that will invite harsh responses from Israel, which will make life more difficult for all Palestinians. If I remember the stats correctly, the wall has lowered the terrorist attacks from the west bank by 90%. Every government is responsible for providing the best outcomes for their citizens. If the wall has reduced terrorism by 90%, the the israeli government owes that responsibility to its citizens. The PA and Hamas, however, owe to their citizens security and comfort, which includes not making moves against Israel that will invite blockades or aggression. So I guess I'm trying to understand how Palestinians think that the PA and Hamas are providing these things for their citizens if terrorism is still a thing that Israel is forced to protect itself against. I'm thinking that far more diplomatic and secular governments in Gaza and the west bank would do far more good for the Palestinians. Please correct me if and where I am wrong.

All Christian scholars agree that Jesus was a Pharisee not an Essene. Essenes didn’t drink wine or get married.
