I would love to see this kind of combined grail war. However, I do think Karna would give Artoria and Gil a run for their money. Also, just imagine how Gil would treat Semiramis after he discovers she now owns the hanging gardens. Lastly, Kiritsugu vs Amakusa
While i'm sure both Artoria and Gilgamesh would still come out on top...i would love to see Artoria VS Mordred and Gilgamesh vs Karna. Those two would be epic battles.
@@trainerred1345 pretty sure saber vs modred wouldn't be. Not only is saber stronger already but since she's the one who killed Mordred in life it gives her another boost against her. Although it possible mordred gets the same boost since she technically killed saber.
To be fair, Apocrypha was more about the characters (tons of them, no time to waste), less about "the basic lore". Not the greatest one to start first. And even then it glossed over quite a few. Zero really takes its time to introduce the rules and stuff, probably the best one of the franchise.
@@Toto-95 if argue that Zero does its characters better too though. It makes sense since there's not as many which gives you more time with every master to figure out how they think, who they are, and what they want (even Riunosuke the literal serial killer)

Animation quality in general is night and day different.
