I love my WK CRD, the best SUV I had, can not understand the negativity I’ve read about this fantastic vehicle, hauls quicker than most in its class, economical to run, and looks great anywhere, town on country
I agree. And with small lift and bigger tires they look great.
Koliko vidim, radi mu odlično QuadraDrive 2, samo da su neke jake gume i zver za ovo što vozite :) Ove STT Pro ili moje KM3 su ipak slabe za blato, čim pređu 10-15K, zaoble se i lošije su od protektiranih kopija Maxxis i slično... naravno ponavljam u blatu :) za sve ostalo su bolje, za drum da ne pričam :)
Sa boljim gumama ne bi ni osjetio ovo. Nema on ni STT PRO, njegove su ST MAXX. To je malo agresivnija AT guma.
Great video, I see the QD-II working as all 4 are spinning, I bet it would do better with a good set of Mud Terrain tires. ATs are pretty much useless in mud. I have an '07 WK-1 5.7 Hemi with QD-II. Great Jeep.

Yes it is in fact it’s better than anything offered by Jeep on the Grand series to date. It’s very hard to find one with a rear LS or locker & then you have to take the air suspension which I did not want…
slipping and sliding fun! - Not very many WK's on the trails in my side of the world - but ti's great to see one with 4 wheels spinning!
I agree. It has Quadra-Drive II and with MT tires it would be unstoppable on these trails.
Man that's some serious slick stuff! Beautifull jeeps and beautiful back country you have over there. I wish more of the crd wk's were here in the USA, I would like to find one but they're pretty few and far between, and very overpriced when ya do find one 😢
Thanks! WKs with a diesel engine are probably the most common here. I like Hemi's but they are not common here due to high fuel prices.

I think the tires have way too much air in them! Should be around 15-25 psi depending on occassion when offroading

With Quadra-Drive II this is a very capable vehicle.
From everything I read, it's kind of the last model that's close to what a Jeep is supposed to be. In the Cherokee / Grand Cherokee family, I mean. But for the moment I try to enjoy my XJ with a german heart :)

Which car is it that you fuel with used motor oil? Grand Cherokee Quadra 3.0 or the 1997 Grand Cheroke 2.5?
2.5 TD XJ, has a mechanical pump and runs on all types of vasted oils. WK Grand Cherokee could do the same, but in a smaller percentage.
How are you liking the skinnies?
It's from my friend WK, but he says it drives great, off road or on the road.

With MTs he would go up easily. These are Cooper ST MAXX, hybrid between AT and MT tires.

@@marianodominguez8155 V6 is more durable engine but for true off road experience, definitely XJ. I had WJ too and it's great with Quadra-Drive but XJ is more capable and very easy to upgrade. But you can expect problems with heads if you don't know the history of that XJ. I knew what was waiting for me, so when the head broke for the first time (after 4 years of abusing) I changed all 4 new ones (AMC, they are better than the factory ones) and then you are safe. Also, the 2.5 TD XJ will run on any type of waste oil (I also have two older videos related to this).
