Hi Phyllis, no it’s not peal and stick, and unfortunately I don’t have the name of this specific tile. It’s white brick, but it has other shades of light beige and gray in it. My builder was the one who sourced it, so more and likely it’s from a stone yard, So sorry! If I find anything similar I’ll link it
