here's spaghetti with tomato sauce, a simple pasta slightly revised by me with the addition of potatoes, a marriage rich in flavor that will drive you crazy, a pasta and potatoes different from the usual, the queen pasta of first courses
ingredients for 4 people:
400 g of spaghetti
extra virgin olive oil to taste
1 onion
3 medium potatoes
700 g of tomato puree
Salt and Pepper To Taste.
basil to taste
