Hi everyone! Today I offer you 2 delicious pasta recipes that are absolutely worth trying.
RECIPE N1
Tortiglioni in tomato and pepper cream with sausage and a fabulous first course, perfect for lunch or dinner. This is one of my favorite pasta recipes! Simple, satisfying and very tasty pasta! I assure you if you prepare it for your guests, you will make a great impression!
Ingredients:
- 250 g (9 oz) pasta (tortiglioni)
- 1 leek
- Half a pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 100 g (4 oz) of robiola or other fresh cheese
- 2 sausages
- A few basil leaves
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
RECIPE N2
Linguine with Chinese cabbage and bacon in pecorino cream is a very tasty and nutritious first course. You can prepare them for lunch or dinner and your family will love them! For this recipe I used mature pecorino, but you can use parmesan. In a few minutes and with a few simple ingredients you will prepare a delicious and satisfying pasta! Anyone can do it! - 1 onion
- 60 g of bacon
- 5-6 Chinese cabbage leaves

Quando ricevo ospiti preparo la ricetta 1 e come antipasto preparo la crostata di melanzane anch'essa ottima e leggera.
