Greed is a weakness, the author should have ended it but is milking it for money and further damaging the legacy of his series. Power fantasies are inherently low brow junk media meant to placate to powerless people. Not Comparable to things of actual depth and messaging that isn’t shoved down one’s throat.
@@Ancientneutrality Four Knights of the Apocalypse is the story the mangaka/creator originally wanted to make first, Seven Deadly Sins was never supposed to exist but the mangaka/creator thought that a prequel series was needed in order to build a more developed world for the series he wanted to make. So no this wasn’t about greed, Four Knights of the Apocalypse was always planned to be made from the beginning.
I can't wait until we find out that that girl is really Merlin and escanor daughter now hear me out yeah I know what Merlin is she's basically a scientist Arthur is chaos she has some of escanor DNA on her mouth chaos can create humans and she supposed to be Arthur's niece that's with her grandparents but I don't think that's Arthur niece and I don't think them her real grandparents I think when they made that little girl that's the story they told her cuz if you read it in the manga she's attracted to women that's just the escanor in her but when she took her other form and she's smaller she looks just like Merlin but when she gets big she look just like escanor
