    I am suffering from Becker Muscular Dystrophy. I started walking on my tiptoes six years ago when I was twelve. I do these moves 3 times a week. However, I didn't know the extra things that can be done during this move so I can improve the other muscles at a low extent.

    I was on crutches for 3 weeks and now I am allowed weight baring, my Achilles' tendon and my ankle hurt. Do you think this could further injure me?
