I don't think so. In the anime Christa's royal heritage is revealed during Season 2, but Kamiya implies that Levi's surname had already been revealed in the manga by the time of the interview, and that only happens in the Uprising Arc which was adapted on Season 3 Part 1. So by the time of this interview was made the Uprising Arc was either ongoing or had just finished.
This was a post season 1 interview before there was any official news of season 2 so Uprising was still going on in the manga but you'll see they talk about not knowing when the anime was going to air again and Kaji Yuki worried about the possibility of not being casted again (which, thankfully, they kept everyone!) It's kinda cute actually because to this day Kaji Yuki is read up on the manga and makes excited vague tweets about it whereas I think a lot of the other seiyuus decided to keep away from that information as the anime continued.
At the beginning when they said: "Even in the recent episodes(...)they really didn't show much about Levi" for a second I though that they were talking about the 4th season and thought "This is THAT recent?" But then they started talking about Annie and the Titan in the wall and now I want to hear them talking about the manga in those years xD

I’m really enamored with Yuki Kaji’s voice. It’s because it is Eren’s, and after everything that has happened in the manga, I feel more strongly about Eren than any other character. There is an air of enigma surrounding him ever since he went undercover. I really hope Eren survives but he will most likely not.

Hiroshi Kamiya's character is very different from Levi's character, in that it looks very fun, unlike his role as Levi😂😂. He's really creative with good luck.
