P/S: I'm actually not sure who Kamiya-san directed the retort to when he said "why do you have to sound so negative".
I think I heard him say, 「何でそんなネガチブなを聞きたがる？」(Why do you have to ask something that negative?).
Which means he's retorting to Ono-san's question. But, I could've misheard and the retort could've been towards Isayama-sensei's response instead. So, I decided to keep it neutral. - บันเทิง

I think Isayama went how the seiyuus portrayed them at some point while the manga was ongoing lol. Did Kaji mentioned that Isayama was also unsure what Eren's character was until Kaji portrayed or voiced him.
