I would have cut the edible part of the cake into some kind of portions (circles? Triangles? Squares?) And decorated them. Too much work to just throw out!!🥺 RIP cake.

If your cake is not cooking and it is still raw cover it with tin foil. Put it back in the oven for about another 30 minutes and then check it. If it still isn't done put it back in the oven covered. I have found 15 minutes works best if it is still raw at that point. I've had that problem with several cakes and this is the only way I was able to save it.

I used to work in a library for about 18 months, and it was always sweet getting to do the Summer Reading challenge with the little ones. They get so excited and at the end when they’d completed it in my library we’d give them a little medal and they’d have their photo taken if they wanted to in front of a backdrop :)
