I don't usually comment but just wanted to say it really struck me when you spoke about your period and feeling anxious. I thought it was just me that got like that. I've found that since having my 2year old my cycles are more regular and very hormonal. It really restricts me sometimes and I've just had to learn over time to take it easy when on my monthlys and not overwhelm myself with too many jobs. I find drinking raspberry leaf tea on the daily helps, as well as iron and vitamin c sachets, and just doing more mindful activities like yoga, walking, meditating, staying of social media- till I return back to a 'normal' feeling 👌😊 thanks for sharing though really put things into perspective xxx
Oh my… your cleaning up style…exactly like mine. My classroom at school is currently in shambles since I get distracted with so many projects. It will get done, but it drives my colleagues bananas.

I thought I just had anxiety for years but I’ve just been diagnosed with ADHD and now what I thought was anxiety had been a lot of symptoms of being overwhelmed due to that. I am also the same with doing tasks. Loads of unfinished things! Not sure if you are already looking into it but definitely consider getting screened for it if you haven’t already. My anxiety is basically non existent now I have a diagnosis, due to being able to tailor things to fit my brain better plus letting go of a lot of guilt. Also please feel free to tell me to mind my own business, but I just wish that I had found out sooner! X
There's a recipe for a bubble mixture that you should try. It works so well! It's one cup of water, 2 tablespoons of washing up liquid, 1 tablespoon of glycerin, and 1 tablespoon of corn syrup!

I totally NEED one of those unicorn baloons. Its so cute how it walks along. On my friend's 40th we had loads of inflatable unicorns...it was ace. I felt so sad when they deflated. That spider was scarey - looks like it has a tortoise shell bum. Not sure if that was just the lighting. I am same with spiders. Found massive one in my bedroom and couldnt relax for days as was worried there would be others. Good you don't kill them though

Oh, and I can relate so much to that multitasking and leaving things midway... that was me this morning: went to refill the softener bottle, for which i needed scissors, which were in the other room, where i got distracted with some receipts i had to print out, and then i went to MY room to get my phone and realised i had not finished any of those taks. It's a never ending chain of tasks that keep popping up on the way.. And the fear of spiders! I would have jumped to the tree if I'd seen one of those. I react the same way you did, even with the tiniest of spiders. It's not just fear, they just freak me out, visually (?), I throw away whatever is the spider on and I shriek like a donkey. I'm hopeless xD
