I made this video to show the greatness of Nissan's GT-R
Every single GTR since the original 1969 PGC10 has been one of the best high performance machines. One of the greatest cars of all time
Video was made by using rare videos from Best Motoring
and a scene from AutoTopNL.
The song that i decided to use is also known as the Skyline GT-R Theme as it was used when a Nissan Skyline GT-R appeared in the Initial D cartoon. The Japanese voice that i used in this video is of Takeshi Nakazato also from Initial D Legend 2. And the song uses Bach's Toccata and fugue in D minor in it's starting which was officially used by NISSAN in their 1987 R31 Skyline AD . So i also chose this music as it fits the Legendary Nissan GT-R

It is infact GTR song because the Japanese are fond of German music and in 1987's nissan skyline r31 GTS-R advertisement bach's tocatta and fugue plays too!

Lamborghinis and Ferraris are good but you know just looking at the GTR badge gives me goosebumps, so much tech beck then its just amazing man! i respect all the hypercars but i feel they are too tight and fragile and unpractical ,cars like the GTR and 911 are the actual legends as they can be used noramlly and will still outperform all the other hypercars. btw kozo hoshino is actually names after a senior japanese racer who used to race with two tires on track and the other two on grass!

3:00 mark, GT-R driver uses its engine power to overtake RX-7 on raw grass was craziness, just like the car itself, GT-R is the craziness of Nissan once was.
Right so what happened was the 911's gearbox broke down or smth and he slowed down so hard and the gtr driver in order to not crash turned hard and went into the grass and because the car's got torque split awd just full throttled in grass and won lool that thing can only be done in a GTR lol . Crazy fr

Yup i mixed them as they're stock and back then they were super good at handling so i decided to put it all together nd there's more videos but at the the time of making this video i had that much

I'm a old school drifter mine is the legendary Datzun 240z, 260z, 280z. I used to drift back in the 90s then early 2000s. Yes the Skyline is a wonderful machine, a monster I don't deny it, but it wasn't very popular here in the US back in the 70s, today is different. Skyline are powerful, over priced and too many wires. I rather have a 76 280z and be able to pass his brother the skyline, with a well modified L28E the Z is for Japanese victory, and no R can defeat it ✌️😸
cool man you're the og, the difference between Z and R is that z is a sports car and r is the supercar which beat porsche and ferrari, with right tuning z can beat gtr easily no doubt the z is a more enjoyable car. where you are from sir, usa?

For me it's a bit complicated Because in my country used vehicle import is like 120% if you take 10 years from now if GT-R prices increase, 200k usd means I'll have to pay over 400k. I like every one of them,my favourite is the r34 but the r32 is a true legend!. I gave R33 a lot of screen time because in general i had videos featuring r33 more sooo that's why but i like r33 very much too it's s GTR. nice drawing btw

Well R33 is a Skyline GTR and technically as fast as the R34 GTR
@@AirborneJoban but the handling is trash compare to r32 and r34. It even mention in initial d where the character in the series say" i bought r32 and it is great, then the r33 came out, i sell my r32 and buy a new r33, but the r33 is a fail product, then i buy the r32 back, and then the r34 came out, immediately sell the r 32 and buy the new r34, the r34 is absolute beast"

@@aliey9330 I don't know what to say but if you judge cars on the basis of a cartoon then that's crazy. R33 was a huge improvement over R32 with the long wheelbase because of which people call it boat actually helped the car stay more stable at high speeds and made it more predictable. The Revised suspension and ETS system which came with more sensors and active diff reduced understeer and the sensors now placed in the trunk made the weight distribution better so there is less load on the front wheels of the car. All of this made the R33 GTR the best at the time. Just like the R32. If it was bad like you said it wouldn't lap the Nürburgring in 7:59 . Assuming r32 handles better like you said. It lapped the Nürburgring in 8:22. R34 GTR is my favourite but there is a video on BestMotoring channel the difference between r33 and r34 is very little. Atleast in stock form on tsukuba. R34 is a better car but not like r33 is crap and all.
