Omg there is much work put into this, but it has no views. I'm leaving this for the algorithm then, I guess.

for whatever reason, the algorithm only starts recommending PSA videos when you've already watched quite a few of them, whereas other videos, such as sports/entertainment show up in your "to watch next" list right after you've clicked on one or 2.
not sure why; I guess youtube puts entertainment before education, which there's nothing wrong with, but it does make high-quality videos like these get shoved out of the spotlight.
You should watch the short series "have a brain; don't jump on trains" PSAs from russia. they're extremely well-animated and entertaining, but also have a message of substance in them. If we started producing these as memes instead of just mindless banter you see on tik-tok, the masses might learn a lot, especially the teenagers or young adults.

I had an old ford transmission on my workbench with the top cover off. My wife came over and asked what makes me tinker with such things, I said nothing as I took my greasy bloody hand and dipped my index finger into the gear oil and licked my finger. She soon retreated to the house.

Also I think those views still exist, because their jobs fit into people's gender roles well, some even match up with biological trades, such as the female dominated world of childcaresses. I think gender roles and views such as these are important or at least interesting anyways. It gives individuals something to identify with, which is already more difficult with today's lack of religion in the western world. Everything would be pretty boring, if we would all be the same, or at least be ecpected to behave the same way kind of.
But even with established gender roles, nobody should be forced to fit their "assigned" role or to express themselves just by the given, set in stone way. If anyone is not acting in the expected manners, they should'nt be treated differently, but just be able to feel the way the want to feel.
So when raising one's children, they should have a "default" appearance, from which on they can develop their own identity. If they feel uncomfortable with what they are thaught to do, they can do whatever else they want, but if they don't then it's also fine.
I don't always feel comfortable with my gender and the way I'm expected to dress or behave. But I know a lot of people, who do, and I think that's a good thing. I don't think it's nice that when I wear a bow hairclip (oddly specific ik) or a skirt, people judge me.

It's also extremely important to remember that money isn't why you should work a job, ever. materialistic things and acquisition are bad habits to get addicted to. you should *work the job/field that will make you happy, or will interest you.* that way you enjoy WHAT you do, or WHY you do it, instead of just the monetary reward for what you do.
there's nothing wrong with gender roles, since in many cases women are just going to know what women want better than men do (especially in a job like fashion design) and vice versa (Men are going to know what men want when they go out for drinks at a sports bar, and are likely to do better.)
the only gender stereotypes that need to be broken are _thinking that you can only do certain jobs because you are a boy or because you are a girl._ choose whatever you want. A girl wants to manage a law practice or dentistry center? go for it! a guy wants to work a daycare and have a cooking show as a side gig? sign my kid up! there's also no shame in picking something that's cliche (such as a male wanting to join the army or work as a plumber or a female wanting to become a florist or teacher.)
having a some bit of divide/ gender majority in a job field is good; but complete segregation of jobes based on gender is bad. there's plenty of talent out there, use it as best you can to do what you love and ignore both your liberal mother telling you to become a CEO statistician for a cubicle company AND your conservative father telling you to be a housewife.

I would love to see you as a fire fighter trying to carry a 200 pound man down the stairs of a blazing building. Better you stay at home and raise your children. Your biology is more suited to that.

Men prefer to work with things, women with people. Jobs that pay more are the ones you work with things.
Man are more likely to work in dangerous jobs wich by the way pay more, big percentage of women terminate their carrier because of family, men keep that carrier to feed the family.
