This will do well. Great design. Great practicality. Great range. Great efficiency. Great performance and handling. Great team behind Lucid. Go Lucid!
totally
Lucid has the best EV tech right now and I'm personally a fan of the design. It's incredible that they manage to get 3.4s 0-60, 450miles, tons of rear leg room and a ridiculous 115cu ft of interior storage space. Just nuts
I can't wait to see the Gravity Sapphire.
Ruby is the name
I bet it’s gonna do the same time down the 1/4 as the model s plaid lol, while weighing even more than the model x
I think this will sell really well. Regarding style, Lucid vehicles tend to look much better in person. My $0.02 is that the Air is the best looking sedan on the market right now.
Agree! You can tell it was designed by people who love cars, people who know their history, just by eye. The best part comes when you drive though.
I hope what Lucid does is set the new direction for how a SUV looks, so we can get to more efficient and less agro styling.
lucid is underrated
Love it. Can't wait to buy a Gravity Touring!
The most technologically advanced EV on the market.
Looks cool to me - a lot of American vehicles look like they were style using Lego - ie., they look like bricks / boxes with zero aerodynamics.
This isn’t the 80s anymore. American vehicles aren’t that boxy.
the only compromise i see is the offroad capability thats it cuz this thing is f beautiful
Just placed my order and I cant wait
Exactly!! It’s a minivan!!!
You worry about looks, but I've seen the EQS. 🤣
Lovely Suv 🚙
Amazing SUV!!
No, the most glaring miss is the lack of autonomy. When a vehicle cost upwards of $100k, I want FSD equivalent ADAS. I will buy this in a heartbeat if it licenses Tesla’s FSD
This!
We need to stop belittling minivans. Let's emphasize practicality before "coolness".
0:37 road and track tested the Air Touring at 0 to 60 and 3.0 and quarter mile at 11.0
Nailed it. Car of the year secured.
PS did you leave the camera sound on? Presumably can mute and only feed in the lapel mic audio.
A $100k vehicle and heated steering wheel is not standard?
I love the air.. but I am waiting to test the Gravity. As soon as I get some coins I definitely will be getting one!
Expertly dodged the physical latch question ...
BEST CAR 2025
Lucid makes the best cars….
Ok, we need to have a discussion about David! Forget about those sound effects in the video, did you see the look on his face when he started driving??? Good Lord! That's who you want behind the wheel alright!
He rules!
Ok. I'm sorry, but in all honesty David could do a "Unpimp ze Auto" for Lucid and get some clicks. That driving down the dirt road... Goodness!
Can’t wait for the Ute/pick up!
Almost perfect, just need to fix the price.😊
the Touring trim level should be out later next year. 80k base.
Basically it's a Dodge caravan upgrade😊 finally made a dad van worth getting..
Nothing comes close .
3:33 - ref: the Porsche 911's Rear Steer due to being Rear Engined.
what charging standard are they using? CCS or NACS?
CCS
NACS
It looks like a Fisker Ocean.
한국에 빨리 출시해 달라!!
Love your site and videos because of your unique take on cars. You are kind of genius!
The minivan is the best form of cars.... Fight me
Looks like a Pacifica a bit.
I like Pacifica. And it looks better than cybertruck
@@brianshaw1774 The Pacifica can only dream of this.
I would have to see how it stacks up to Chinese rivals.
i hope it was just me, but i really struggled to hear the dialogue in this video. idk if it was vehicle/road noise or the sound mix, but this one was a challenge
There was a waterfall right off to the side!
Next, off-road test please..
That’s a damn fast minivan😂
Best minivan EVER.
@@jackking5631 OK, an 820hp 170mph minivan that can carve up a canyon road like a sports car.
한국에서 빨리 타보고싶네요 루시드 🎉🎉🎉
When in Poland?
Just need to drop the price by 45k and thus will sell like hotcakes.
just go get a Chevy Blazer EV then. if you want top end stuff you need to bring your grownup wallet.
@@Miata822More like a Chevy Equinox EV. The Blazer Starts in the $50's.
@@junehanzawa5165 he asked for $45k less. Gravity GT base price is 96,400. 45k less is 51,400. Blazer starts at 50,195. Close ‘nuff.
Not a minivan or an SUV. It’s something more. It’s more sport than a minivan or SUV. It’s a GTUV.
An XS-Wagon (cross sports wagon)
Or a SX-Wagon (Super cross Wagon)
Or a UFFO (Unclassified F- Fast Wagon). This would go well with the Gravity name

seems a bit small for being a 3-row. I feel like this should have been a 2-row, and then have a larger vehicle for the 3-row flagship. just my 2c.
Imagine randomly capitalizing words in your title for clicks
CAT DADDY!!!!
Sedans > SUVs
@@spewp yep, but then one day all your track buddies have gotten married, and had kids that want to go to Disney. Those guys deserve something worth driving too. Love my Air GT but glad to see Gravity rolling out.
Should be a minivan
Minivan
I really like Lucid's products but this thing looks like an ultra lux Pacifica. People will buy the meh spec ID Buzz on looks alone. This is a spec monster and for those with a company that will lease them a $80k+ suv then by all means but kinda hard to see where this does meaningful numbers besides people cross shopping an R1S. Model Y is half so not really the same buyers.
🤣🤣 It is competing against Tesla Model X ... which it DESTROYS
Model Y is a sedan ... this is not.
Did you take your meds?
@@RunForPeace-hk1cu Chill. The Model X is irrelevant in the market as no one buys it. Your reading comprehension needs work since I literally said this ISNT in the same space as the Y. Also model Y is not a sedan and is actually classified as Mid-size crossover SUV (D). 0 for 2 my friend.
ID.Buzz sales will fizzle out in 6mo *tops*. It's a 50k car selling for 70k because mUh rEtRo
Lucid Gravity compromise nothing
As the said: “You can live in a Car bet you can’t drive a House!
Kiss88 KMA
Rednecks drive their homes all the time. Nothing new.
"Pre-curate some content" holy hell, someone get Bobby Boomer out of the LinkedIn Disrupt course. Cringed a bit, but otherwise fantastic offering.
Why all of that it is a van
yes, let's put huge black mirror in front of driver instead of gauges, makes so much sense
Did I miss David mentioning an issue with it?
Are you only just now realizing that digital gauges exist?
That’s a station wagon.
No, you're thinking of the Cadillac Liriq. This is a super minivan. Best ever.
I can’t wait until the stupid SUV fad is over, or they start taxing them based on curb weight.
It’s not a fad. Women keep buying them. Men know better.
OK, I have a question for you. Sixty years ago when vehicles were built body-on-frame, they were simply tall cars. Now we have cars with 10-15cm of batteries underneath, and now everything is a Sports Utility Vehicle. It’s just marketing spin - it’s a car, and this one has a good drag coefficient at .24. So why is this a problem? It’s designed for North America. Not the UK, so the fact it’s a big car is fine. We’ve big roads and big distances to cover.
@ , so it’s a “car” because of it’s drag coefficient? That doesn’t make sense at all.
@@ericcarabetta1161 I have a small electric Volvo - 4.42m long. It has a drag coefficient of .31. It weighs 2 tonnes. This car is 60cm longer, has a drag coefficient of .24 and weighs 2.5 tonnes, but it seats 7 people. Both cars are only 1.6m tall. So are they both SUV's Eric? I used to have a Land Rover. Now that's an SUV!
@ , it’s whatever you want it to be.
Looks like crap! Horrible company!
