The Twin Otter.........Any flight on a Twin Otter, floats or wheels, is going to take you to some awesome location that other people rarely get to. My rides have been to remote lakes in northern Saskatchewan.
It's the one place I would love to go back to. The scenery from the plane while flying over the atolls is gorgeous 😍

Fun fact: That oscillating kind of “womp womp womp” you hear a bit before 5 minutes is the propellers being at slightly different speeds. You’ll notice it gets slower and slower. That is the pilot adjusting the prop lever slowly so they are spinning at exactly the same rpm (less annoying for passengers). He does this by ear, not by looking at the gauges.

I find it difficult to express a definition for the term luxury. When we sleep, no matter where, we forget all the luxuries. And as we sleep, if our dream is about a nightmare that cannot take us to any luxury, then what is good of having all the luxuries? In a liberated state of mind i can find all the luxuries.

I've done the seaplane flight in the Maldives but to a different resort; it was breathtakingly beautiful; a wonderful experience.

@@Ja-3108 No, not for me. Exhilarating and fun. The pilots were barefoot and we could see them through the open doorway to the cockpit as they flew the plane.
It always makes me sigh when you have all the wonderful things to see and experience and you see people still staring at their phones. What a wonderful travel experience, put the phone away unless you are taking pictures.

We went to the Maldives for our honeymoon in 2017. It was the most amazing and beautiful place I have ever seen and yes, the seaplane flight was stunning. I really hope I can go back one day.

And if someone is 'a travel expert', they should know about that.
Apart from that, everything is perfect, and I love watching your videos.
I don't care how tropical it is, he/she can wear shorts and go without a tie, but I still expect my pilots to wear shoes. Or flippers for a float-plane.
I drive barefoot thousands of miles a year. The most sensitive system to feel the vehicle. and remember, if shoes were necessary, we'd be born with shoes.

Had to take a small aircraft from Miami to Marathon, FL (the Florida Keys) and I too am a white knuckle flyer. But that was one awesome view of the Florida Keys.

The subject matter is beautiful but you're using autofocus on your camera and mostly it's focussed on the engine - if you used manual focus you could set it to infinity and pretty much all of it would have been pin sharp. If you do a lot of these videos, might be worth thinking about

So ein Flug ist schon toll, aber mittlerer Weise starten diese Flugzeuge fast schon im Minutentakt von Male. Es herrscht also ganz schöner Fluglärm, auch bei den Inseln. Ich empfand das als durchaus störend...
1987 gab es nur Dhoni`s, da war es noch wesentlich entspannter und die Riffe waren excellent!
