Honestly speaking, you have given the most appropriate and the most logical reasoning for the O(n) approach. 💯
Uptill now, I had coded this solution many times but today after knowing the most in depth reasoning for it makes me proud while solving this again.

Bro , hope you won't feel down because your Video Likes are not in millions But whoever watches you, knows you are one of the best, specially for the students jo normal village area se belong krte hain
Small Optimization - If both the bars have same height do l++ and r-- .
Reason - suppose array contains all the bars or some bars of same size so by doing l++ and r-- will take half iterations.
