One of the two Regional ZIPRA Commanders is also alive. The other lives close to the Zambezi Banks. These guts know each and everyone who was ZIPRA. Unless your dad later died during the Zengeza 4 shoot out with ZANLA or Conmara or Entumbane. All ZIPRA forces understand Shona. Most likely he is from Zhombe, Silobela or Nkai / Tsholotsho. I will talk to my 2 Babamunini who were also ZIPRA and were in those areas

As a child of a war veteran I feel your pain. My dad just died a few weeks ago and now I feel I'm only finding out more about him than I even knew him when he was alive. For those saying negative things, understand it was a traumatic time and some people don't want to explore those memories and it's now on us to explore it as their children and appreciate their sacrifices.
