  • Hi,
As many of you may know, we run a Bricklink store and to manage our store we use a piece of software called Brickstore. In this video I share a quick intro on how I use this to add new parts to the store and update my pricing.

Guys, when I wanted to open the brickstore file I received this error:
"Failed to load document *** XML parse error at line 1, column 1: Start tag expected."
I saved the file before closing it. Does anyone know how this problem can be solved? I would be very grateful

Can I use Brickstore to update my own “My Collection” items? I’m not a seller yet, but I want to start documenting my LEGO collection. I’d like to have access to my inventory data in Bricklink so I don’t buy things I already have in my own collection.

    Thank you great video
Is it possible to delete parts out a bricklink inventory
For example I have a bricklink store and need some parts for completing a set
    Or I have made a mistake I uploaded 100 2x4 bricks and I have 10 can I delete the 90
    Bricks out my inventory?

I'm not 100% certain but if you upload those parts you want to take out and put a negative quantity for the number of pieces you take out.. it should update.. I've not tried it, so it may be worth to test it with just 1 part.

Why use Brickstore vs. Bricklink? What are the advantages of using it vs. just adding sets/pieces etc. via Bricklink itself?

    • @HilliansBricks

for big sets, you can just save the progress midway and continue another day. it's also a good way of mass updating your prices (if needed)

how about uploading various parts not from a set?

It’s something that I do manual directly in bricklink and is one of the reasons why I don’t do much bulk Lego anymore.. way too time consuming.
