I work at Walgreens as a beauty consultant and the No 7 foundation is the same foundation. It’s just been reformulated to have more of the L&L serum in it so you get more benefits than before. Also, the bottle is a better design. It’s not quite as dewy as before but the coverage is great and it’s still hydrating. You’ll be able to feel more of the lifting aspect with the new version. :)

Loreal infallible pro glow. I've worn this literally every day for almost 3 years and haven't even tried another foundation. It gets a little more shiny on my forehead by the end of the day than I'd like, but I work 10+ hours a day and don't touch up or powder (super dry, flaky skin) so I cant really complain. Also thank you for showing each of the foundations being applied. Its hard to know if you're interested in a product if you cant see it in action. Thanks for being the best!

Everyone seems so weirded out by the doe foot foundation applicators but isn’t it the same as using a concealer? I know concealer is pretty much just used under the eyes but also to spot conceal sooooo .... (personally I don’t have an opinion, just my observation!)

I have dry skin too and I have the Physicians formula foundation but it seems like after a couple hours the foundation still seems to cake on my skin... maybe that's just me or how my skin works with the foundation. But still, I would love to see how you prep dry skin for long-lasting make up

I love the elf flawless finish foundation. You should try the new glamoflauge foundation formula by hard candy, its nice as a concealer too. I would actually love a full face of hard candy brand in general. No one talks about them.

Loreal TruMatch is my long time drugstore fav. I usually got for a no-makeup look, and people are so surprised when I tell them I have full foundation on because it looks so natural, but covers my flaws so well. Love your makeup in this video Kathleen! That lipstick is fire.
I LOVE the clinique even better glow foundation. It's sooo beautiful and healthy looking. This is my fav foundation for day to day wear and it just looks so dewy and wonderful no matter what.
I LOOVEEE the Catrice matte foundation. I have oily skin and it gives me that glowy skin without the slippery oily look that most dewy foundations do. It is not long wearing but I don't aways care for that.

the fit me concealer is soo good. its very light like water but the coverage is fuller than the age rewind. definitely a cult favourite if u r looking for a full coverage concealer.
My holygrail drugstore foundation is the Maybelline Matte + Poreless foundation. I will say I can see this changing because the L'oreal indallianle Fresh Wear foundation has really impressed the heck out of me. The shade is SPOT on a match and I love how airy and lightweight the foundation is, I can forget I have makeup on when I'm wearing it. I also love the finish it's like my skin but flawless. 😍😍 I wish Physicians Formula had more shades and Flower beauty. I also believe Ulta needs to upgrade how they carry products because I noticed they will have 2 or 3 of something and if you go to the brands website there will be an array of shades available. *HAPPY NEW YEAR*
Ooooh I have 3 HG foundations from the drugstore for someone with normal/oily skin. Surprisingly, I love the Wet n Wild Mega Cushion foundation, it is a light coverage foundation that looks like beautiful skin without making me oily. For a fuller glam day, I love mixing the Maybelline Matte an Poreless with the L’Oréal Infallible Matte. The L’Oréal is a little too matte on its own and the Maybelline will leave me oily at the end of the day, but together, they’re beautiful!
Question to people who have it: does it last a long time? Like is there a small amount of product in the cushion? I was ab to buy it but a lady at the store told me not to bc it dries out fast she said

I am so glad you mentioned physicians formula healthy foundation, this is my holy grail! I love this foundation, this tops all of my foundations...high end and drug store. I did order the colour pop foundation...eager to try that. Like you I have a problem with foundation settling into my laugh lines. Unlike you I am in my very late 40s so that’s a big issue for me, thankfully I don’t really have a lot of wrinkles but I do have dry skin.

Hi Kathleen, I’m from the UK and I used to work for No7 - the original L&L foundation was discontinued and replaced with the L&L triple action serum foundation which is EVEN BETTER! It’s infused with the best selling L&L serum which is why it doesn’t sink into lines and has anti-aging properties! The new L&L foundation is my absolute holy grail 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
Fenty is my absolute favorite. It used to be koh gen do because the 213 shade was THE ONLY shade on the market to match me, but now that fenty has come out, it's more affordable AND they have my shade!
L'oreal visible lift blur foundation is where its at! (In the squeezy tube not the one with a pump) Idk why I never hear anyone talk about it, it makes my skin look so pretty, glowy, and airbrushed! Love love love it
The physicians formula foundation is hands down my favorite foundation ever. All of my other foundations have taken a backseat since I started using this one. The finish is amazing. Doesn’t cling to dry patches and stays on all day.
Me and Kathleen have super similar skin (both dry with issues with laugh lines and some texture on the cheeks), and the CYO looked awful on me. Very cakey, and settled badly into my lines! I want to try it again with a heavy moisturizer underneath because everyone loves it, but man it looked BAD on me. Even my fiancee pointed it out and he never notices anything
I really liked the maybelline matte and powerless when I had it. I want it again but I'm not letting myself buy any more foundation until I use some other ones up.

I actually feel like a lot of dry to normal skin youtubers talk about and love the Physician's formula healthy foundation. It's my go-to, holy grail foundation so I really take notice when the youtubers I watch and love talk about it. It's pretty loved by a lot of people imo. The shade selection is crap. Once you find the right shade though, it is BOMB.
Isn't it funny that we think about foundation applicators as being unsanitary, but not concealer applicators? I never hear anyone make that comment about their concealer 😁
megan walter Yeah, and most people who like makeup start with a clean face and hands, right? My sponge and brush are more dirty than my face is, from repeat use and sitting out.
I use both the Cerave Daily Moisturizing Lotion and then a little of the kiehls ultra facial moisturizer (i think that's what it's called) on top bc of the SPF, and it's really nice for the skin!!

I am so glad you mentioned physicians formula healthy foundation, this is my holy grail! I love this foundation, this tops all of my foundations...high end and drug store. I did order the colour pop foundation...eager to try that. Like you I have a problem with foundation settling into my laugh lines. Unlike you I am in my very late 40s so that’s a big issue for me, thankfully I don’t really have a lot of wrinkles but I do have dry skin.

Muñeca yes it does have a quite distinct smell, I mix it with the dewy+smooth fit me maybelline foundation and the smells kinda goes away!

The physicians formula foundation is hands down my favorite foundation ever. All of my other foundations have taken a backseat since I started using this one. The finish is amazing. Doesn’t cling to dry patches and stays on all day.

Me and Kathleen have super similar skin (both dry with issues with laugh lines and some texture on the cheeks), and the CYO looked awful on me. Very cakey, and settled badly into my lines! I want to try it again with a heavy moisturizer underneath because everyone loves it, but man it looked BAD on me. Even my fiancee pointed it out and he never notices anything

I actually feel like a lot of dry to normal skin youtubers talk about and love the Physician's formula healthy foundation. It's my go-to, holy grail foundation so I really take notice when the youtubers I watch and love talk about it. It's pretty loved by a lot of people imo. The shade selection is crap. Once you find the right shade though, it is BOMB.

I think its because the pores on your face are the ones that are larger and more susceptible to breakouts, in comparison to the under eye area.

I use both the Cerave Daily Moisturizing Lotion and then a little of the kiehls ultra facial moisturizer (i think that's what it's called) on top bc of the SPF, and it's really nice for the skin!!
