If you look at the crash, you can see Acosta is also loosing the grip on his front wheel without falling. this is what makes him run wild and to the green

i guess, even if there were a track-limit infringement, it doesn't matter if the second guy crosses the line 20 seconds later. i think things could have been different, if they were still close at the finish line.
