That double passes by Acosta was truly a reflection of his exceptional skill that took him to winning this World Championship. However, I feel sorry for Foggia to get taken out in that manner and especially at this critical time. Maybe he could have taken the fight into the final race.

To be completely fair on Acosta, he has won 6 races as of now this season and Foggia only 5. Very unlucky Foggia had to lose the title that way and I feel very sorry for him, but would he have got the title to the end of the season is a big question to ask because Acosta was leading by a significant amount anyways

This is actually my favorite tier of gp.
Total shame it was decided that way but it was certainly dramatic.
Saw it live in Silverstone, the bikes are much louder than they seem, even these small bikes are like thunder.

@@fulvioromano9991 I don’t wanna get into an argument about “oh he deserved this more” but Pedro was a rookie, a rookie who made history a couple times in a year and was immediately on fire when the season started and foggia has been in moto3 since 2017 (only having 2 wildcards in 2017 but still did good) and had much more experience. In my personal opinion I think Acosta deserved it more

I'm agree with you... I'm always watch every Daryn movement when he can compete for podium... And it's really happened again not only once, there were much of it... I thought his riding style getting better when he got his first win at Catalunya 2020... But yah, He still aggressive and dangerous, not only for him but other riders also...

Pedro Acosta did everything right. Charged through the field, took the lead on the last lap, won the race. Dennis Foggia was murdered in cold blood before he could mount a counterattack. It's really unfortunate Foggia wasn't allowed his last riposte, but rider contact is far rom unheard of in the small bike category. It's also a shame for Sergio Garcia, who rode like a madman to get up to the front, only to be collected.
I'm mostly disappointed in Darryn Binder's conduct, he's turning into a real torpedo, and there are going to be problems if he keeps his streak of bad judgement going in MotoGP.

From what I've heard, Binder should get better in MotoGP. He's forced to divebomb like he does because he's up to 8km/h slower without a slipstream on the straights. We'll see if he proves me wrong though

Binder always gets harsher punishments than other riders, anyone else would get a long lap in the next race. Earlier this he got his qualification scratched and a ride through penalty for his Q2 crash. The stewards need to get more consistent in handing out penalties. Listen to what Simon Crafar says at the end of this video. I see it as Binder's crash, but there was no malice. Good luck in MotoGP Darryn!
It get's serious when someone who is nowhere in the championship takes out one of the front runners and there are not enough rounds left for that rider to recover points.
I mean, Oncu got a two-race suspension for causing a collision, so Binder being disqualified is really not the worst thing to happen.

If Foggia wanted the championship so badly, he shouldn't have rode so inconsistently in the first half of the season.
It really depends upon if Binder could have actually made the apex. From what I can tell he was in too hot to actually make the corner and would have run wide had he not hit Foggia.

In all fairness it was far fetched for Foggia to take the championship. Maybe best that the championship got decided today that leaves us with moto2 championship decider next race. Ine or weekend lol. Had Foggia doke more earlier on in the season it wouldn't have to go down to the wire. Not an acosta nor a foggia fan but was a great season to watch. Well done acosta. Maybe we can see a rookie win in moto 2 next round
