Box wasn’t damaged at all. It’s like it got dropped or crushed before going in the box. The company is on a Chinese holiday until Feb 18 so still haven’t heard anything yet.

Yes. I have seen the videos. The box was in good shape. Thinking something happened at the manufacturer. Stirlingkit is going to take care of it. We have another video about ready showing how awesome this thing is even with broken parts
