The fact that I could see most of these as actual plausible things in the game is pretty impressive; these could be actually introduced and I wouldn't bat an eye.

I think the real one is the one about fishing in a mesa biome. Jungles at least definitely do change what you get from fishing, so that much is true at least. The one about sniffer eggs hatching faster on moss is true as well but that's only half of the fact, as the real fake fact there was that they hatch slower on campfires

Mob heads on noteblocks playing the specific sound(s) for the mob is true though. (Except the pillager)
67% sure that the real fact is the pot breaking sound being scaled up turtle, but i have no idea what to think anymore and there's probably not even a real one at all

My favorite one was with the trail ruins and diamonds (genuinely). In version 1.17 there was a trick to find diamonds with clay using a similar method, I'm glad Mojang brought this back in a similar way.
