Hey Andrew, how did you go about powering up that photoionizer head? I am about to get mine which also happens to be a L9491. Some light googling did not result in a pin-out diagram; from what i can tell, it simply needs 12 volts to operate, and the "control box" is more like a power supply unit. Would appreciate it greatly if you are willing to shed some light on that! :)

pm me your email, I'll send a picture of a pinout. The ILK line must be pulled up to +5v, you can do this by connecting it to the D1 line on the photoionizer head.

@@andrewseltzman9280 Thanks for getting back at me! PM option does not work as you need to connect your google plus account to your youtube channel for it to be visible for others. Here is my alt email :P bean.wayne@gmail.com

@@andrewseltzman9280 ! I will track you down and ask for this info too! Just received both a photo ionizer head and a hopefully repairable sensor. Thanks!

I have ability to trigger the sensor, I do have issues with no cal file on these. Not sure how to proceed.

Do you repair Dexis sensors ?

Hi there, i got one of these sensors and am trying to get this to work on the newer version of the python project. I seem to have everything working, getting a dark frame gives me a noisy image with a white line (guess dead line) (with --force-trig argument). However when i run the gxs700-main without --force-trig it still says forcing trigger, never waiting for me to turn my xray source on. Now i am wondering if either i am doing something wrong, or the device is broken or i have not set this up correctly.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Same issue here. Any luck with it?

@@TCRSCircuit Sounds like the sensor may not be connected properly or (alas) has bad bond wires.
See earlier comments on using a UV laser to nondestructively open these.

@@conundrum2007 Yeah it ended up being bad bond wires. Nearly every one was corroded and falling apart.

Was anyone able to get this working with other sensors?

Hi, I found the capture.py on release 1. You can get the release 1 on the same github page.

@@matteorosafio3036 I found it, and then there are more problems... python 2 and just the fact that it's really not up to date. What I can't figure out is how to set a specific exposure time instead of force/autotrigger
