@@alfalomohamed1103 hey! Thanks for your comment. I do not have candida anymore :) I don’t think it’s contagious. And thank you! I will keep making videos :)
When I change my diet and everything starts to go back to normal is there ever a time when I can go back to my normal lifestyle and diet? As long as there's no underlying issue with my immune system.
@@JSingh007 that’s a great question. It depends on what you consider to be your normal lifestyle and diet. I choose to eat some processed food, high sugar foods in moderation but the majority of my diet is Whole Foods.
@@avebeason I wasnt sure if this has to be a permanent regiment or if eventually you can cure yourself. Everything I've seen online has been people that changed their diet and kept it changed. I had a doctor give me high dose prednisone for an extended amount of time and it weakened my immune system to an extreme level and it caused multiple GI issues. Just a little background. It's been a really slow healing process so far.
@@JSingh007 you can definitely cure/heal with diet and lifestyle. I think moderation is a good approach but some people feel their best when being more restrictive with food. So totally up to you and your body. I think you could always incorporate healthy immune boosting foods while enjoy a variety of different foods :) it’s all about finding your balance with it after you have healed.
The start was so funny 😂 thank you for the video!
