Here's how to get the goals you were confused about: Fisherman pic: you need to get the fishing hook, give the fisherman the hook, then talk to him again. Any Marin pic: to get Marin, you have to give the honeycomb to the bear and do the Ballad check. Then talk to Marin. Fishing out the pond: you can only get this one after getting the fishing check. Once you do that, catch every fish and tell the fisherman you want to continue. He'll tell you that there are not anymore fish and that you can leave. This means you got it.
Oh man I love the idea of an in-game bingo in a randomizer! I really should try doing one of these since I played Link's Awakening a lot growing up. 🤣 Really entertaining run and was fun on guessing what the next item in checks. 🙂

Yes
You need to do the trading quest to get the fisherman photo (nvr mind)
Some are really hard it makes it so some seeds are super easy and others very hard

Each of them are interesting in their own ways, but I think Minish Cap has the most to offer in terms of variety
Minish Cap rando is the only randomizer which you need a computer.
