Complimenti ottimo assemblaggio
hi my names damien auksorius ,,, this is the vj22 frame ,, it was apperently the best they ever made ,,, awesome work suzuki ,, love your work
Awesome work guys. Very much miss the days back when I had my 93 RGV, would love another one again.
Cool video, remind me of the rgv 250m i had, great fun but hard work to keep on the boil ,but still miss much
Lovely work guys, nice little vid! Congrats!
wish those bikes were still seen in the MotoGP...!
The 92 N model was my fave, I had the luck of getting the hop-up suzuki race kit manual and managed to get most of those parts( yeah!) and it turned my 250N into a demon! even lighter, heaps more responsive and was a dream carving up big sports bikes on the twisty roads! The only other bike that I have owned that even came close to being as much fun was my KTM 620e Duke, the yellow/black model with the twin headlight kinda looks like a pissed off bee front on...that thing was fricken awesome for wheelies and peeling rubber around corners in town! whatch out for the coppers tho!
Just about to start my rebuild on my vj21. Video gave me motivation. Cheers
is it possible to install the rgv 500 upper pipes onto an rgv250, with some modifications (like making some turns near the exhaust colector on a piece of metal pipe that would then fit the rgv500 upper exhaust), and of course disregarding the future loss of bhp and torque, and not worring about back pressure. also if it is possible to have the exhaust pass near the carbs with melting anything
the upper pipes would look incredible on an rgv250
hi my names damien auksorius , these rgv 250 s are awesome
Had the pin drop out the power valve on mine three times I sold it after that as it getting too expensive.
lot of work nice job
Well done gents
Hey Motoliao, thanks for your comments. We had some issues with our blog last week which have since been resolved. Please try again. Cheers
Love this video!
Hi Saisoku, some of the parts replaced included,
Head gaskets

Power valve screws
Gearbox Bearings
Rebuilt Crank
Spacer for the Primary Driven Gear
Top and bottom piston kit

Parts were purchased from Tuning Works and RGVSpares. Deet from RGVSpares was also very helpful and quick in getting parts to us. You can read our piece by piece rebuild story on our blog.
Still waiting for the new update of the bike 🙂

Great job! But why I can't enter your blog...
what part did you replace and what brand does you use?
Woooww,,,amazing
brings back old memories of striping mine ☺
but, one question... Wouldn't it be recommended to use a littel more oil for the break-in period?
nope
How much would u charge to make my 88 sling shot new again ?
Whats that at 4:10?
Nice
Whenever I rebuild an engine and then it starts up again, the feeling that I put it together suddenly disappears. Anyone else get that?
The chain appears like it could come loose on the track....
i'm not sure if you can understand what i am asking
My rgv dry weight 128kg (vj21)
Firebladee222 stock VJ22 pipes weigh a heap. aftermarket set and you shave about 10kg off :D
