I have problems with reading books that are intense because they cause heart palpitations; crazy, I know. I like your green kitty shirt what I could see.

I could see that! Sometimes they get my heart rate up!! And thank you! It's from Life is Good. Super comfy and one of my favorite shirts!!

@@MadisonStrong My favorite books are "cat mysteries" and they don't cause heart issues or stress me out.

Im sure you have already tried it but I take two melatonin gummies every night and usually pass out within 30 minutes and I only wake up lightly like 2 to 5 times in my sleep compared to not being able to fall asleep and waking up 12 times a night 😂

I've tried them but they make me have insane dreams!! And I already struggle with nightmares so I would rather just not sleep 😂

@@MadisonStrong my sister recommended them and after a week of nightmares I mentioned it and she said oh yeah I forgot to tell you 😂 it stopped after a week and i barely remember my dreams now and it’s been years in them. But I know we all respond differently too

Sleeping pills freak me out tbh. Recently my sleep doctor wanted to give me one that she said was a date rape drug and I was like uhhh 🥴
