If this scene was based on the Movie Japanese animators knew that Wheejack had died in TFTM. I assume wheel was rebuilt or with the same quintesson technology that brought back Optimus Prime, or with Planet Master technology.
In case anyone's wondering why Wheeljack was alive despite having been killed off in "Transformers The Movie", the Japanese did not see the film until 1989. But by that point, this episode had already been made and aired. So they attempted to rectify this mistake with the Binaltech storyline. This also resolved a similar issue in the case of Prowl's appearance in "The Headmasters".

I started having a great plot idea for the first live action short film for transformers live action film that is going take place after the events of transformers 5 the last knight and before of the events of transformers 6 the rise of unicron apparently the is going to be amazing there’s going to be more screen time for the decepticons and autobots then the humans and especially there going to be a kaiju style battle as well so this just a fanmade idea that I hope think of that idea that you’ll enjoy
I've seen a few episodes of Victory dubbed and it's pretty bad. Terrible acting and the translation and localization is so off. I watched the dub after and there was so much missing or changed that its just not worth it. Some dubs are really good, this isn't one of them. I do remember watching these in the early 90s when I was in Russia and that dub was pretty good. It's nice seeing this years after.

Unfortunately for Takara and Hasbro this will not allow them to sell new figures and that is what prompts all deaths in transformers :-( such as Optimus Prime's death in the classic movie, Optimus clearly gets beat up more during the series and never dies.
As Transformers Review said before, at the end of Super God Master Force the Transformers or Transectors that the God Masters were using became alive once again and with out the humans they lose those abilities. All of those powers came from the combination of a Transector and a God Master. i can't remember as it been a while since i watched masterforce but did the powermaster human genrai leave the body at the end of masterforce or is he still inside that robot body?
Yeah, that'de be the last Super-God Masterforce episode, where the robot bodies would actually become sentient and independent from people -- and with a nice "Thank you and good-bye" the now-independent Transformers rode into the sunset :)
So yeah, by the time events of this video happens, Ginrai was dying by himself, no more truck drivers trapped inside)
All the power masters were ejected from the bots at the last episode and they came back to life. Then they leave for Cybertron.

Not anymore, they sort of remove God Bomber being a separate transformer during Victory, and just refer to them as God Ginrai.
I was confused on that as well.
While he was a Godmaster, he can, but since the destruction of the Devil Z, he has lost these abilities. Now he's just a normal Autobot.
