    OMG not the pettiness and immatureness in the coffee shop responses 😭 the 'K bye' just made me burst out laughing! I never understood the people who were so adamant about not wearing masks, and just refusing to believe that covid existed!! So many people were heavily impacted by it! Loved this video Jacy!

    I love reading reviews I always look for the worst reviewed businesses and crack up up the responses as well as the businesses they really do clap back! 😂

    I totally agree with you. I think we are like-minded. However, I might go to the coffee place to see the rude owner in the wild for some laughs.

    I look at the responses to one star reviews and what the management or owner says back is a bigger factor in my decision to go to a place than the actual review.
    I do appreciate when someone defends their employees, because I know when I was in customer service and my manager defended me I appreciated it, but there is a right way to do it. I always say you don't have to be nice but you do have to be professional.

      Totally agree! It’s like he starts off right explaining why the customer might be wrong, but then adds all that sass which is so unnecessary!

    I own a hair salon in Canada, and unfortunately my business also suffered the wrath of negative reviews in terms of the covid safety protocols that we were following. It sucks because it brings your overall rating down, and we needed to consider our clients who were compromised such as the many humans that were undergoing chemotherapy and coming to the salon to get their hair done and such. Because we are serving the public, we needed to be strict about these protocols. I would never have forgiven myself if one of our clients got sick and passed away after coming to our salon. It was a rough 3 years but I am really proud of myself and our team for strictly following everything to a T. Unfortunately the reviews stay there, and I am sad about our rating going down, but at the end of the day it was worth it knowing we did our best.

    Girlllll!!!!!! I have seen this so many times. I dont think that the owners realize that these "responses" actually make them look much worse 😂😂. Some of these are cringey AF

    Fun topic for discussion. I might have had some fun with the personal trainer regarding his oh so proud proclaimation that he helped a pregnant woman lose weight. He, and the OB Gyn.

    I think people can be and should be able to put their money where they want, for people who are against wearing masks then maybe that is the place for them, but I would take my money somewhere else. Also he sounds scary and wouldn't trust a man like that especially when my body insecurities are literally on the table, it would break me to be treated like that.

      I agree! Most of his clients agree with his stance so can’t blame them for that. But definitely not the person I want encouraging me to get healthy 😭

    Interesting that you're not covering recent reviews, after we have now been told that masks are ineffective. But Orange Man Bad, right?
