I cried while watching this it hit home my sister passed when her daughter was 12 I took my niece in cause I promised my sister I would always care for her she is now 32 and doing great. I know these beautiful girls will do great as well they have a wonderful family to care for them and that's what they need.

I loved the show (extreme Makeover ) also but due to the upgrade the cost of maintaing more than doubled at times. In these since they keep it within the same framework they usually don't have to worry about that.
This is exactly what happened to a lady from my town, a couple of months ago. She developed sepsis from pneumonia, and passed at home while her husband and her 18 yr old son were gone. Just a day or two before she passed, she had said on FB that she thought she was finally getting better and felt good, so her death was very unexpected. Our sons used to play together when they were 5 & 6 yrs old and I can only imagine how my sons would feel if it was me. She was only in her early 40's (44, I think). If you or someone you love has pneumonia, or you suspect they may have pneumonia, please make them seek medical attention! These are not the only 2 episodes that I've heard about sepsis from pneumonia recently, and it seems like it's happening a lot, for some reason.
Wow, that is soo tragic. Man, life can be so challenging sometimes! I just watched a documentary about a lil girl who lost her limbs bcs of sepsis her legs turned black. Thought she had the flu!
TY for sharing that. We've been losing people nearby from pneumonia. It's much more serious than most take it. Good for u to bring awareness. My ma just lost her best friend from pneumonia 2 weeks ago. She lived down the hall from her; they talked several times a day, shared meals, newspapers etc. It's been tough for my mom. Ty again.

What this couple has done is very generous, they went from a small family of 3 to a family of 6! Very strenuous financially but somehow it seems to me that they will make it, so generous of everyone to care for this family and these 3 little girls, this will make a difference in all their lives. Beautiful work, I'd love to have any one of those bedrooms! :D
Absolutely beautiful. Those girls will now feel like they "belong" in their new home. The death of their mother was traumatic, being moved into another home and not really having bedrooms of their own had to be hard. I think that not only did you give them their own space, but there has been an emotional "renovation" as well. They are no longer an added piece, but instead feel a complete part of the family. Good work George, once again you have blessed others. Keep paying it forward.

When my daughters were young, I would check out hardware stores for mis-tinted paint on the cheap. The dollar stores have a lot of accessories, including wall decals, curtain rods, etc. You or your daughter could also paint simple pictures to match - also dollar store. The second hand shops usually have nice bedding. Just keep checking for a bedspread you like. Painting used free or inexpensive furniture works wonders.
Go to your local Habitat for Humanity store they will get you in touch with local people or even organizations that can help you build what you need for your family. They may be able to do it for free or at very minimal cost for you! Get out and ask your churches even...their are people out there that will help...Dont just wish and pray..you must seek, inquire, ask and work in harmony with your prayers and desires!Yes! And then YOU can pay it forward and help someone else!!❤
Beautiful children. They we're happy with the renovations. It was sad to hear about the loss of the children's mother. The younger sister showed concern for her sisters children. The designers, decorating crew and work team did a great job.👍

THIS is how ALL of us should be. Willing to take in family after tragedy and making them feel like it is their home too. I know not everyone CAN financially. But simply having the desire to do so is what our society needs. God bless those girls to continue on without their mom, but also God bless the new family they have are now. Their mother was her sister in law... so girls dad must have been one of the parents brother... either prev deceased or not in the picture ... ❤❤ either way, I hope they can adopt them so thst this becomes their forever home ❤❤

The girls look like the same girl just a different age and they all look so much like their mother. They seem like the sweetest kids ever. Their story is so sad I'm just so happy they have such a wonderful supportive family.

I can't remember where I heard this from , but someone was saying that ( I believe) it was over in China ? They would put all of these different things that people were throwing out down into these basements in their buildings . They don't throw anything away that might be useful for others . Unlike the U.S. we throw stuff in dumpsters and are made to pour bleach on the items or spray paint the items just so no one else can have it . I use to work in retail and I've seen them take a whole store and just throw everything away and start over . Anything from make-up , to house hold things like bath towels , Ect . It's was such a waste and a shame too .
I love how they shared the story but also just made sure to highlight them as people. Like yes this happened but this doesn't define you ♥️♥️ I also LOVE how George makes sure to advertise every company who has put their hands on the project and name the people by name.♥️

THIS is how ALL of us should be. Willing to take in family after tragedy and making them feel like it is their home too. I know not everyone CAN financially. But simply having the desire to do so is what our society needs. God bless those girls to continue on without their mom, but also God bless the new family they have are now. I can't remember where I heard this from , but someone was saying that ( I believe) it was over in China ? They would put all of these different things that people were throwing out down into these basements in their buildings . They don't throw anything away that might be useful for others . Unlike the U.S. we throw stuff in dumpsters and are made to pour bleach on the items or spray paint the items just so no one else can have it . I use to work in retail and I've seen them take a whole store and just throw everything away and start over . Anything from make-up , to house hold things like bath towels , Ect . It's was such a waste and a shame too .
I love how they shared the story but also just made sure to highlight them as people.
