Truth is optimal preparation strategy varies from individual to individual....I personally never made my own notes in my entire life!! ...in class, understanding what is being taught was the priority and taking notes was just a distraction for me.... always used pre- written notes before exams ..in case of marrow, read the notes thing that comes along with videos on my phone...and rapid revision videos just the videos! Got a rank of 639 in this NEET PG in my first attempt ... To juniors: Take notes only if it suits you. Your brain is way more trustworthy than what most people make you feel it is.

Having pre-made notes doesn't motivate me to watch the lecture,but making my notes motivate me to listen to the lecture. Having self made notes make us feel like we have worked hard and have analyzed the information atleast once which would be motivating during our lectures. Most importantly,self made notes can be made colorful which would be pleasing to our eyes🤩

What I do is I read a topic from either book or from a lecture and then frame short questions from the points which look important. Then later with just the questions in front of me, I try to actively recall the info and then jot down the answer in the form of notes. Is my approach appropriate?
Thank you sir for the valuable information. In this Era of technology there are so many sources of notes that we usually tend to be lazy when it comes to making notes. Writing notes by own makes us feel we have read the content throughly and it becomes easy to recall any time even during exams.
Sir that pets wala advice... Totally I agree.. My furry friend has envy them so much when he feels he is getting less importance than the notes.. So eventually I ended up missing the corner of pages 🥺🥺🥺🥺.. But now we have sorted out n he only nibbles the cover page leaving the rest of it intact 🤪🤪🤩🤩🤩

Sir I have a secret ... Hope i don't get punished for doing this but i guess sharing it will help everyone... I used to open marrow notes before watching the video make a pdf of them using Vflat app through my phone put that pdf on my iPad ... Read it quickly ... Started with the video... Added the conceptual explanations faculty explained by adding pages in the pdf and mnemonics or the way things could be linked ... Highlighted the pre-made notes ... To give you some example... Antiviral drugs by ranjan sir... Notes doesn't have the pathophysiology thing but it was very essential to write it down... You can watch the video at 2x and you would complete all of this in the video stipulated time

NEET-PG 2022 will get postponed because of the current situation of NEET-PG 2021 Councilling?? And there is also some chances of corona 3rd wave in January-February will effect the NEET-PG 2022 schedule???

I got 403 marks in neetpg this year sir , this puts me into a dilemma whether i will get a seat or not and more than 60% of seat getting reserved and then this counselling not being conducted has totally made me lose focus in my studies infact I have become worse and it feels like i am between two fence.I have decided that i am not going to give neetpg ever I am totally fedup of my countries system.

Look at the previous year questions and try to answer them revising your notes.. If you think your recall is inadequate, review the book..

It's very good method I already start using this method for my ug neet prep for bio and inorganic notes as it's only need to remember.

I think it’s not a bad idea … but you can’t do it for all subjects , so be careful what your try to write …
