    Hi I am looking to hire a virtual assistant, I want them to be able to access files AND able to send emails to clients, but not access bookkeeping? what role would be best?

    How do we create automation so that one team member can be the initial contact for Honeybook ? from the inquiry form so I can assign to a member, as i am the owner i want to see but i dont want to be everywhere in the proecss

      Great question! So this would be in the Contact Form Settings. You will see the "Incoming Leads Recipient" section, and you can have your team member added as the "Project Owner" and you can just add yourself as the "Leads Recipient". Hope that helps!
