Hi! Just to rectify : you have to wait 3 days of high temp + drying of discharge to confirm ovulation. Its only then you switch to the other seeds. Taking the other seeds before as you mentioned that you switch during ovulation, that can mess up your ovulation. Let the ovulation pass, switch after. Voila :-)

My grounding technique is to visualize roots coming from my feet while standing/sitting with feet on bare ground (or visualizing yourself with feet on bare earth if you're in the middle of winter!) deep into each core of Mother Earth, attaching me to Earth via the roots. Kind of works the same as your anchor technique.

My guess is she would say to ditch the oil over whole food fats. If you want to reduce the fat in a sauce that calls for cashews you can substitute all or some of the cashews with white beans.

For example, I’ve found “cheese” or sauce recipes that call for raw cashews which are higher in fat. The recipe is oil free but not fat free. What should I focus more on? The most natural is cycle tracking. I prefer the Mira system, I have my ovulation down to the day. Systems that require urine testing are more accurate, an app that guesses off of data entry isn’t reliable. I’ve been tracking my cycle, no contraception, no hormonal birth control, and have been seed cycling for 3 years. Absolutely recommend
Why do you not recommend eating a very low fat diet in the long term? I’ve been eating a very low fat plant based diet for a long time and I am definitely not thin. If I ate more fat I would be over weight.
