    The other option would have been listing the number or quantity of items used. This would help the viewers to price them according to their local market prices.

    In the long run I suspect it's on the cheaper side, another cost saving advantage that occurs to me is u practically saved on roofing for a second housing if this was single story. Keeping chicken especially layers have been my dream, I have some money up and would like to start with 300 chicken in June, , I would like to get some advice on how big should the house be interm of space length in meters and can I use timber instead of iron sheet on the side to reduce on the side.
    Can you describe how the building should look like , where should it face to avoid sunlight during the day, how long should the roof be etc , thanks for all your doing for us.

    Really cheap overall cost of construction. What strikes me the most is the cost of feeding for about two weeks though I'm not sure about the number of labourers used. In my country (Nigeria) $47 is about #20000 naira which maybe not even be enough to feed a single person for that same period of two weeks.

    • @MaMastoast
      @MaMastoast ปีที่แล้ว

      Is Uganda poorer or richer than Nigeria? I think the price of food tends to scale fairly evenly with the general wealth of a nation... Then again, when I visited Romania their food was only perhaps half as expensive as our food in Denmark despite their average earnings being perhaps a fifth.. So perhaps that isnt true.
      He probably wasnt feeding the workers for the entire day, I can imagine them eating breakfast and/or dinner at home and only their lunch being part of the expenses for the building.

      We are already talking of a farmer who produces his own matoke, he has some chicken and some eggs in his farm to provide for his labourers, the few things he can buy out of the farm are just but cooking oil, salt and other miscellaneous things hence that kind of "small" budget
