Please stop sanctifying Manu Smriti. Have courage to accept that caste system or even Varna system is irrelevant today. Have courage to denounce the inhuman and outdated sections of Manu Smriti. It was a civil code book for ancient times, it's no more relevant. Don't be cunning in saying Manu Smriti is not like Sharia. It's definitely not like Sharia. But the key difference is Sharia has hatred towards other communities, Manu Smriti has hatred towards people of its own society.

"ठाकुर साहब का लड़का और पंडित जी की लड़की दोनों जवान थे। उनमें पहचान हुई। पहचान इतनी बढ़ी कि वे शादी करने को तैयार हो गए।
जब प्रस्ताव उठा तो पंडित जी ने कहा, "ऐसा कभी हो सकता है? ब्राह्मण की लड़की ठाकुर के लड़के से शादी करे। जाति चली जायेगी।"
ठाकुर साहब ने भी कहा कि ऐसा नहीं हो सकता। पर-जाति में शादी करने से हमारी जाति चली जायेगी।
किसी ने समझाया कि लड़के-लड़की बड़े हैं, पढ़े-लिखे हैं, समझदार हैं, उन्हें शादी कर लेने दो। अगर उनकी शादी नहीं हुई, तो भी वे चोरी-छिपे मिलेंगे और तब जो उनका सम्बन्ध होगा, वह तो व्यभिचार कहा जाएगा।
इस पर ठाकुर साहब और पंडितजी ने कहा, "होने दो। व्यभिचार से जाति नहीं जाती। शादी से जाती है।..."

Manusmriti is not a part of Vedas.
It is thesis for that period of time . It is original or not but in reality it has lost its relevance 🕉🕉.

Your question and answer session should also be done in the languages of dubbing. This will spread the knowledge of Manusmrithi. On successful podcast, then you can explore podcasting in foreign languages

Manusmriti is written about 3000 to 5000 years ago. At that point of time whatever was going on Manu had codified it. At that time it was okay. You have to remember that Western countries were not having much to say at that time. They were next to barbarians. You should never compare with the present time.

Islamic Ulema an Missionaries found Brahmins in India to be the only ones who could challenge their theology and not get subdued. The presence of Brahmins in India thus became a bulwark in mass conversion of Hindus to Muslims (during Muslim rule) and to Christiants (during British rule). Thus, they used ever trick in the book to divide Hindus, and used Manusmriti to formalise a caste system, while being fully aware that it was not even being used in India since the Muslims invaded India (except for a few pockets in Nepal, Assam etc.)
This may be true if you can substantiate your claim by providing the English translation of the genuine Manusmriti originally written in Sanskrit. I am interested in reading the original document in its English translation, since like many I cannot read Sanskrit. Thank you if you can recommend one.

As far as CASTE SYSTEM is concerned, the biggest mistake which our society did was by labelling some SURNAMES as Brahmin , some as Kshtriya etc. Instead EVERYONE is born a SHUDRA and Varna is ONLY and ONLY based on your own SKILLS (gun) you acquire and DEEDS (karma) you do. Like: The only way to become a BRAHMIN is by reading , understanding and holding in body, mind and conduct, the teachings of Veds, Upanishads, Bhagwad Geeta, Ramayan and other religious scriptures and spreading the messages of the same. Similarly, the only way to become a Kshtriya is by acquiring and mastering military, fighting skills etc and using these skills to safeguard your public which is the kshtriya dharma. To become Vaish one has to set-up and progress in some or the other form of business. This CASTE SYSTEM which is based on birth or surnames has so badly entered into the subconscious minds of people that we Hindus have never been able to unite. If we still don't come out of this divisive system then destruction of our SANATAN DHARM is certain.

Bhagvad Geeta 4-13 shloka aur kai aise shloka hai jo saaf saaf kehti hai ki
चातुर्वर्ण्यं मया सृष्टं गुणकर्मविभागशः ।
तस्य कर्तारमपि मां विद्ध्यकर्तारमव्ययम् ॥
Arthat har vyakti shudra janm leta hai. Phir uske baad jo karma(deeds) karta hai aur jo gun(skill) arjit karta hai vo ban jata hai. Yadi vo dharmik kitaben jaise ved ka anusaran karta hai aur usme kabiliat hasil karta hai to vo Brahman ban jata hai. Agar koi yudh ladne, me maharathi hojata hai to vo Kshtriya. Aur yadi vo vyapar me aage jata hai to vo Vaish. Ye to kuch 'tathakathik Brahmanon' ne jinhone ek bhi dharmik kitaab jaise Ved nahi padhi' unhon ne 'Brahmanvad' faila rakkha hai aur bhedbhao kiya hai jo behad galat hai.

The four-fold order was created by Me according to the divisions of quality/characteristics and profession. Though I am its creator, know Me to be incapable of action or change.
Even god does not have influence on it but just the human characteristics and his profession. If he had any influence, he might have given some human certain verna from birth but he says it clearzthat even he does not have any control over it. It is all karma based.

If a once-born person insults a twice-born one with gross abuse, he should suffer the cutting off of his tongue; as he is of low origin.-(270)
स्मृति विकसित जीवन का सबसे पहला टूल है ।

मन से स्मृति का दूसरा अर्थ है मनुस्मृति ।
