The English name change is actually supposed to be the creator's joke riff on DnD. Your points are pretty valid, but the title had me coming into this video thinking that you were mad that you watched a popular show in a genre you don't like (the shows reviews reflect this).
Binge watching isn't the only way to enjoy shows. Something doesn't need to be complete to be watched. I'm not a fan of this show, haven't watched it yet. I watched this video because I wanted to see if you were going to make a good point but the video boiled down to you saying you liked it,tripping up on words, then saying that you want short complete stories. A lot of shows would write without end before modern studios and audiences decide 3 seasons was to much.
As a massive fan of this series, I’m glad you can appreciate the strengths of the show! Thanks for being respectful about spoilers as well. A small but critical element about the shows charm is the fact that it starts out as ‘cooking show but fantasy’, which has been done before. You arnt expecting every dish to either develop and paint a beautiful setting/ecosystem or advance the plot. The further you let the show cook the better it gets. That feeling of disappointment at there not being more episodes to enjoy is, like everything else in the show, subtly connected. If you can’t wait for more seasons, the series is actually finished and is only 97 chapters long, though I highly recommend anime onlies to resist the urge because the show will be that good.
It seems your experience with Frieren and Dungeon Meshi is exactly opposite to mine. Though it took me a couple episodes to get into Frieren, I ended up looking forward to new episodes. Meanwhile, I couldn't make it past 3 or 4 episodes of Dungeon Meshi. Thankfully, that seems to have worked out for me for now
Hahaha no kidding, it's not that I think DM (or Frieren, for that matter) is bad, just that the cutoff point is super weird and I'm rating my experience with the season I'm focusing on. I've got no intention of dropping Frieren and look forward to being wrong, I think I was on EP 7 last time I watched it and I have a vendetta against the idea of watching something "til the good part". I got to like EP 40 of Fairy Tail and it was still bad. At least with Frieren it's not that it's bad, just that it was contending for the highest rated anime on MAL for a while and what I've seen so far was maybe a 7 or 8 at the good parts on my scale, which matches with a ton of anime I've watched. I look forward to how good it'll get (I've seen some clips)
My man just casually roasted Frieren for no reason out of nowhere. Also, how tf did you not get into it bruh? Was it slow for you or what? If so the show just might no be for u tbh.
Hehe we on demon time. I can't say it's NOT good til I see the whole thing, I'm down to strap in for a slow start if it picks up hard enough, but it's difficult to believe with what I've seen that it'll reach GOAT contention based on MAL stats. I don't mind eating my words if I'm wrong tho
"You should probably SKIP Dungeon Meshi" AND WHO ARE YOU TO BOSS ME AROUND UR NOT EVEN ZERO WHAT KIND OF AUTHORITY DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?
Who are you, and why am I watching this. "oooh, Dungeon Meshi".

I also noticed the Japanese title abbreviated is DM so that's fun
bro you scared me! you shouldve titled the video something better like "Dunegon meshi is good but you should skip it for now"
Hehehe I'm just a spooky fella
only 300 views?? No way! You are genuinely so entertaining to watch! And that title was really smart to get people's attention. Keep up the good work!
Haha I'm just glad it didn't backfire as hard this time as with the Wind Breaker vid 💀 tysm!
"You should skip Dungeon Meshi to see the 2nd season with 1st" :3
Caught red handed 😔🚔

A valid opinion anywhere other than the series called "Bingeing Last Season" 🤷♂️
I'm halfway through the first season and im glad i watched this video, I can stop right where i am and wait in a semi-confortable spot, good video :)

God is not always kind
You’re right, I am mad >:(
Good take though, I didn’t expect I was gonna hear what I heard.
The only reason it spoilers resistance is because it absolute chaos in the best way possible.
Sorry my blood oath to Gainax compells me to watch anything made by Trigger the moment it releases
😂😂
Why is this channel pop in my recommendations?
