Noah's correct about iced tea from this. It's excellent. IMO it works well cold because of its slight resemblance to black tea. I'm surprised that element wasn't mentioned in the discussion. Or maybe it's just me. I emailed Noah about this already. Yes, I do get a powdery white vibe from it but just as clearly I also get a distinct honey note (or what I perceive to be honey) in the aroma that I get from some blacks. It's interesting that black tea I usually get this from is made from puerh material also. That's probably the commonality. I've only had a few blacks from puerh material. If anyone knows of anything like that on the market, please let me know.

Director of awesome movies David Lynch is of the opinion that film (or any visual art), being originally and primarily a visual medium, should not be analyzed, deconstructed, evaluated, etc. with the written or even spoken word. He feels that it does the art, the artist and the audience themselves a disservice. Words can't adequately capture and translate the essence or meaning of images, according to Lynch. On the other end of the spectrum was Francois Truffaut, director of equally great movies, a vanguard figure of the French New Wave cinema movement, but also a notable film critic and editor at the scholarly French film journal/magazine Cahiers du Cinema. There weren't enough pages in the magazine to contain his lengthy opinions and analyses of the films he wrote about.
Then we have tea--or any gustatory experience for that matter, such as wine, cuisine, etc. I think today's episode was an example of the tensions filling the space within this dichotomy. Putting words to sensory experiences and 'things' can be tricky sometimes, especially with something as rich and complex as quality whole leaf tea. I enjoyed it. Although not as much as I enjoyed drinking the tea itself. I'm surprised Noah participated while having a cold. His efforts on this day were certainly nose-icapped. See, I can make bad jokes too! Love and appreciate what you do for your customers. Belated happy anniversary!
