Just rec'd my Eufy 25C this past Thursday. Still having trouble connecting it to my smartphone (android). I know you don't need to be connected for the vacuum to work but it would be nice. Any thoughts to getting it to work?
How do you turn it off??
At end of cycle it will seek the dock by itself. If it never stops it means it can't find the dock.
Can't get phone app and eufy to sync. I tried turning wifi off and that didn't help.
I'll ask Johnny if he has an ideas, but your best bet may be to get ahold of customer service and see if they can help
Do I have to connect it to the internet?
You do not need to have it hooked up to the internet, it is useful to do so, but not necessary.
