A friend of mine told me that a $ 300,000 home in Buffalo, NY would only cost about $100,000 for the same house in a similar neighborhood. Much cheaper in Flint, Michigan.

Personally I don't see the market going down in buffalo at all, Its a supply and demand issue we have nothing more. We are selling homes weekly, and there are a ton more buyers than sellers!
