Carlsson who was the constructor and innovator had very fine ideas around sound dispersion and ambience. And it is right that the midrange register wins a lot by being in front of a wall or a big flat area. As a Swedish man who grew up in the 60's these speakers were considred to be our pride, and by some considered as the best speakers of the world. That is still my view. A company here in the Netherlands (specialized in Sonab and with more than 40 years experience), advised me a wire of 2x 26 AWG with 7 braided cores. Best regards, Martijn.

Hello ! In the above clip I used Siemens Klangfilm wire to connect Sonab 5 to the 2A3 Amplifier.
