You are helping me to finally do what I’ve been needing to do for my osteo diagnosis. You’re the only one I’ve found with a voice I can listen to continuously. It also helps that you know your audience, know your profession, and seem to be truly sincere in wanting to help. Thank you for this video and the other strength training videos that I’ve been using for the past month. ❤️

I really love your passion that you show while demonstrating the exercises. You do a great job at describing these exercises that beginners should be able to master. The tightening of the pelvic floor muscles also referred to as kegels which most women are probably aware of. I was surprised you didn’t use that word. (No criticism, I love your videos.).

@@lauriesteinhauser8768 Thanks, Laurie! I try to keep the language basic, but you're right!

Thank you for all you do . I’ve noticed a change of late . I will focus on these exercises now along with a bunch of other areas in my body that need attention ! 10 mins won’t cut it though ! I need 20-30 mins at least 😂

I have the opposite problem I have a tight pelvis. I have hypertonic pelvic floor dysfunction. What exercises can be done to help that. Maybe you could do a video that shows how to relax those muscles.

How often should we do these exercises?
    Every day?

Will this help with leakage while sleeping at night. I wake up 2 or 3 times to pee but leakage occurs on the way. I am 81 ;))
