I like how they changed the gameplay trailer to be more informative, instead of just confusing camera angles. Those did look much cooler though
it won't work on this champ because his abilties looks so basic and dones't have specail effects.
To me it looks like riot is cutting the budget of the person who did those cool camera angles, so now they have mostly the actual gameplay. They have been cutting the budget for league for this entire year and last.
If anything, look at fiora item and his… he 100% survived with pure tanks items against fiora lol, he def has nothing special on his kit but his R when you against a wall.

How is it a problem for a champ to win when fighting under their own tower it’s a problem when the opposite happens
all champs can win/get a 1 for 1 when being towerdove if they can hit cc on the correct person (the one tanking the shots). Most people calculate how many turret shots they can take while diving, and adding an extra shot or 2 by being stunned means less time tanking the tower.

Passive marks enemies. Attack consumes mark for % max hp physical dmg. During R physical dmg + % max hp true damage.
Q dmg + slow. At 2 stacks pull enemies.
W dash that makes him unstoppable, reduce damage and stun wo/e he pass. Also on R auto-resets and every possible effect/attribute is boosted.
E dash that shields, can dash to ally (longer range) and be both shielded.
R similar to Yone's R but on steroids. Power slaps enemy. If enemy hits wall deals extra dmg, pushes over wall and stuns. Dashes after and for a duration loses ??% max hp, armor and magi resist but gains AD, omnivamp.

The sett literally just had to take like 3 steps to the right and he's fine but instead he KITES into the enemy tower.

I feel like a lot of people have missed the fact that he loses half his health bar when he ults through terrain. And that while active it seems to drain mana per second, but makes him functionally manaless for the duration.
Honestly a pretty cool concept.
People here will always notice the dash before everything else.
K'sante seem to require more skill than all other tanks so yeah he is cool.
it cuts his hp up to 50% max hp, meaning if he is below 50%, it doesnt take anything

Based from observation these are his abilities:
Passive - Every time he hits an ability against an enemy champion, his next auto attack deals bonus damage
Q - He slams the ground in short distance in front of him and slows all enemies hit. After hitting 2 Qs on enemy units, he can cast a third Q within a certain duration, that flings enemy champions to his back.
W - He charges up a dash and travels a distance based on how long its charged up. He becomes CC immune while charging it up but cannot move nor use his other abilities while charging
E - He dashes a short distance and gains a shield
R - He dashes a short distance towards a target direction and takes all enemies hit with him. If he uses this ability on an enemy champion against the wall, he takes them with him to the other side of the wall. He also instantly refills his mana bar but it slowly phases out after a certain duration.
Lol, with that R it's no reason he looks like Jason derelo.

Corrections according to my observations:
One q is enough to charge the second cast up. Two qs are not required.
If ult passes thru a wall it halves your hp. Also changes your weapons into attack mode. They get sharper and possibly does more damage

His passive is stacking health each time he use "twerk on the devil face" when he reaches 9 stacks he gets pregnant giving him 1.5% max hp but slowing his Movement speed drastically.

As an Urgot main I greatly enjoy that dash the pushes people along with it. I feel right at home with that one, especially since he has a shield on a different ability.

He will be broken in the support role, which riot seemed to specifically avoid showing and instead decided it would be best to put this dude under tower to show "how good he is at keeping enemies under tower"....cept he almost loses (and should have lost) all those fights under tower.

His jacket and stuff looks MUCH better ingame rather than in the animated cinematic imo.
I love that his damage actually does seem to be relatively well balanced for a tank, most fights he wins are under tower, and even then its close, as long as the big dash remains his ultimate, I'll be happy

Given the fact all his kills were under turrets his damage prolly not too overtuned. Kit look fun yet not too annoying to fight. If numbers are well tuned he might be one of the rare 2022 champ that dosent feel like you gotta take a 6 months class to get all the passives interacting with each others.

The fact that it's early game tank gameplay is the point? Are we expecting a tank to be killing tank killers all the time?
I mean, the kit is full to the brim. You have Q tap which empowers you somehow and gives you a recast, Q hold which seemingly makes you shrug off an instance of CC with a different recast that knocks up, a W which seems like a self-empowerment, an E which is Riven E and a really cool ulti that seems to trade max health for punching someone through terrain and following them through it.
With the short dash range and ton of brief, in-your-face CC, it seems like a character that would love to catch your slip up more than anything else.
Makes me wonder just how bad you people are if you take more than a few matches to fully understand what a champ does

I think this is the first champion with the Shuriman naming quirk that isn’t related to the void. Like all the void champions have the apostrophe in their name because shuriman’s gave them their names, but there was no champion with that naming sense except for Kai’Sa (If I recall correctly though in one of her story’s she changes her name to have the apostrophe)
kai'sa is icathian and she changed her name after she fell into the void

Is the apostrophe a Shuriman thing though? I don't remember any Shuriman with that naming quirk. Even in LoR, Taliyah's people have names like Samir or Zaifa. I believe that the apostrophes are an Icathian/Void thing, not a Shuriman one.
iirc the trailer said Nazumah distanced itself from Shurimah so perhaps the culture and language has a difference as well

These are so much better when the fight is actually fair and not the new champion being 3 lvls ahead pulling a 1v3 without breaking a sweat. SO refreshing
The amount of outplays you can make with this champ is insane. It takes dashing through walls to a whole nother level.

Ok so he has two dashes.
One (W) needs to be charged to increase the distance. And it also seems to have different effects based on the form. In the blunt form it pushed the enemy away. And in the sharp form he just did dmg. Both seemed to make him unstoppable. Has 24 sec cd on lvl 1 without cdr.
The other (E) is a really short one that seems to give him a shield. Has 8 sec on lvl 1 without cdr.
his ultimate is a dash as well, he has 3 dashes
I like how in every clip he almost dies and an item or flash is why he lives
and turret assistance every time too.
Main take away. Don't dive a good player.

It's giving Akali and Lucian had a lovechild who ended up being mentored by Sylas.
I mean he does have dashes, but they seem pretty tame in all honesty, very much a character that is probably going to do well into meatball/dive comps where the enemies have to come to him. His Ult removing a portion of his Max HP and Mana bar seems pretty good balance wise. Like that switch from defense entofa's to offensive blades, reminds me of Aegislash. Honestly just nice to see a new tank top. Personally, playing Ornn, Shen, and Maokai every game has gotten boring to me.
Q is his main damage tool, stacks up three times like a Yas or Yone and becomes a ranged knockup (Zzzzzzzz)
W is his main defensive tool it seems like, damage absorption into displacement back?
E is his mobility tool, dash into shield combo, pretty S12 ability ngl
R changes his whole kit I think, pretty cool ability in all honesty but might be hard to balance
His Q's 3d stack seems to be a yeet behind him, and not just a simple knock up. His W reminds me a lot of Poppy, but he can also do it without needing a target, so I don't think it has damage absorption.
his ULT is probably an install meaning it will do dmg and then buff him for the duration. something riot didnt show was the reactivation of his ult. you can see it being highlighted by a timer but not shadowed in, which makes me think it either is to cancel the install, or just recast like swain.
the Q thing seems like it'll have amazing synergy with the reintroduced iceborn gauntlet
its an ornn dash and an omae wa from what i can see. the real crazy is that omae wa being a tali knockup and also clapping people thru walls. i suspect we see him in support

@@Digidude0 i think qiyana is the best counter against ksante in terms of wall manipulation. Once she gets dashed on through a wall, just ult, burst damage and and if it failed, run with green ring for stealthy escape

Looks like his Q works just like the wind brother, he has a Galio E and then a shield, his ult is a long travel distance, I assume it’ll works just like Zoe bubble able to travel long distance as over terrebonne, interesting. Definitely not the tank riot describe, but this’ll work. Also it looks like every time he cast an ability his next auto is empowered plus the grasp we see.

Which means he will be balanced around pros and most players will only use him when he is op at release
I was initially worried about this guy, because CC immunity and that many dashes is usually a problem. But this guy is a tank. They're probably doing an Ornn and making him unable to build anything else. He isnt gonna oneshot anyone with these dashes and blinks, so i welcome him to the roster.

he's basically a tank diver. his utility looks pretty bad for team fights but probably really good for keeping himself alive and a threat for people to get distracted by him

hes really mobile and has good durability. I would say hes kinda balanced, cause he legit doesnt do that much dmg(we have seen a lot of tanks with no dmg items do more dmg at that state the k'sante was at), i notice his tonfa like weapons get sharper during something. Maybe a skill thats like a stat steroid with some other effects to it, or a passive.

from the looks of it his ult makes them sharp, reducing his max health, and changes the abilities a bit

I was like 'aw sick, he's got an anti-dash ability, like Poppy!', but then ya, they gave him 200 dashes, one of which apparently relocates people further than a Skarner Ult 👌 Sick theme tho, hope he's fun to play and easier to balance than he looks, so that he doesn't get the Rell treatment
The dashes are 20 and 10 seconds respectively. For a tank doesn’t seem too bad.
His ult also makes him lose half his hp if he goes through a wall with it.

@@MagicIsNotRealWhoops i looked up every champ classified as a "Vanguard" or "Warden" and yeah, you are 100% correct, the only one with absolutely no movement ability is taric, everyone else either has a dash, an ability similar to Nunu w or can straight up teleport places
