How do you defeat the boss on the beach level in frontiers with just barracks? I don’t think that’s possible. Not on veteran at least. It swims, which means you can’t stall it and bonehearth would be the only thing that deals damage to it, and that repairable tower you can use.

The reason why myconid is so weak for a boss is because he spawns mushrooms at a very high rate. They divert your towers attention to decrease the damage he takes
heres an intresting challange i came up with: How many levels can you beat in each game without towers? (with heroes, reinforcements, and meteors only) It would probably be pretty short, but i think its intresting to do. I was not that successful at it though

Matter of fact, I guarantee you that there is a level that many would not even suspect that can be beaten in a certain way and it will leave you shocked. I put money on it that every person who has ever played Kingdom Rush will be in awe. I don't want to spoil it, but I will have that ready to show this coming Monday. Mark my words; it will blow you away at how doable it is especially if after you have already experienced the frustration whilst doing it.
Ignore Supercharged Bolt - it's just not good enough. Only go for Overcharge on all your Teslas. Ancient Necropolis can be done three stars (on veteran even) with Ignus. I didn't manage Blackburn on veteran yet.
Just my impression but since every additional bounce increases the damage output of the tesla by a third of the original damage, the extra bounces can be worth picking up
Only if the Tesla actually hits that many enemies, and if they wouldn't die to Overcharge further down the path anyway. It often doesn't hit more than three enemies that wouldn't be killed by Overcharge anyway, especially if you have multiple Teslas, so then getting Supercharged Bolt is just a waste. I do think it can be very good in a chokepoint, where you get many larger enemies, but for most Teslas, it's not worth it.
I watched your video but couldn't leave it at Blackburns castle being unbeatable. So I tried it myself. 8 Hours. Again. And again. And again. In the end I managed with 1 heart remaining all thanks to the Hero Elora Wintersong. She's got high magic damage and her freezing and slowing abilities are very useful because they give you more time for the reinforcements and rain of fire to recharge. There's still not that big of a chance you'll succeed because there's rng involved but it sure as heck takes care of most of the Ghost problems.
LOL... man that was fun to watch! Good job because I actually did not think this was doable on some levels. You figured out on that level Ancient Necropolis that you can beat it with Oni. He truly is a great hero to play with when dealing with those ghost. Also, were you able to beat Nightfang Swale? I did not see that one with the zombie levels.
For one, thanks for mentioning me in the vid. Two, originally I doubted that even Rotten Forest or Fungal Forest was possible, but the Tesla was even more OP than I thought! You should use Gerald on the Spectral Knights because he's really good at trashing them. You start my day off well. :)
if you had gerald lightseeker on level 10 against spectral knights they'd be SO dead because in the wiki it says that his shield of retribution turns the enemys damage against them as true damage and at level 10 the change of this happening is 60% on EVERY attack and it returns the damage as true damage for 200% on him at level 10 but there are better heroes because gerald could only take out 1 or maybe 2 at a time
At lvl 10 he still need 3 to 4 reflect to kill a spectral knight. May the RNG god bless you, or you will be straight up dead. 60% is insane, but still far too unreliable.

Exactly, on early waves just micro and grind him. His level should be lvl 7- 10 on wave 4. This ensures he can straight up loop and spam Shield of retribution.
I challenge you use barracks only in Kro just like Shyguymask's video but on IMPOSSIBLE difficulty. Extra difficulty: no upgrade, free hero only, no lightning spells. PS: real IMPOSSIBLE not fake IMPOSSIBLE.

You know the real challenge is playing Kingdom Rush and Kingdom Rush Frontiers on Veteran and Kingdom Rush Origins and Kingdom Rush Vengeance on Impossible, no upgrades (The one you upgrade with the stars), no tower restriction (On vengeance you can only use the first four towers given to you) and using the worst hero on each game.
Good call. Idk if all of them are possible on hardest difficulties with worst heroes and no upgrades. Most of all of them are doable, there’s probably just a few problematic levels here and there

That blackburn has 11,111 HP with 85 percent Armor in veteran mode so itll need 944,435 physical damage to banish him which is so time consuming that knights and lycans will end up taking our hearts and we loosing . ...
U used Oni and elemental burn on it Morgan bro which deals true damage , or even with life cheat , blackburn would manage to escape even with unlimited life cheats (not pat bombs cheat though 😂)
Can you beat kingdom rush using only barracks without losing 30 soldiers in each level? (the reinforcements doesn't count unless they are eaten) and the hero doesn't count using just the hero Oni on normal?
Well, 40 is ok? And a start you can upgrade the barracks to higher level to reduce deaths, you hero doesn't count as a soldier so don't worry about him, your reinforcements defeats only counts if sareglaz or big yeti eat them, I mean if you don't see the reinforcements running away when their time is done or are defeated, that counts death, but they survives only if they are not transformed, exploded or eated. Against yeti will be hard because he can eat your troops, your barbarians will be the best option against him, and the count replays when you start a new level or you try again a level, the last level of my challenge is against veznan, you don't need to complete this challenge in the extra levels. I did this challenge on normal. I think Blackburn can be taken down, but the level is 30min long and quite difficult. aint nobody got time for that
